I ordered a college kit, jersey and bibs, and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and appearance! The colors were spot on (always a problem when ordering college stuff) and the sizing was exactly as expected. The material wasn't as thin (i.e. vented summer weight) as I'd hoped, but it just means its well suited for summer or fall riding. I'll definitely look to add the long sleeve jersey to the kit, very pleased overall.

I Ordered on June 24th got a tracking number almost immediately, but then the tracking said the package had never shipped. I waited July 14th to email them, to which I was assured the package was indeed on the way. I waited another 2 weeks and emailed them again. This time they said;

Please accept our sincere apologies for the unexpected delay in the shipping process of your order. We understand how important it is for you to receive your package on time, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

and gave me a whole new tracking number, that still had the order as not shipped. It had been a month since I placed the order and weeks since they assured me the package had indeed been shipped. I have asked for a full refund and they can keep the order, they have not returned my email since telling them I don't do business with liars and to refund my purchase. These guys are scamers.

Awful. Sizing chart was completely off. I asked to do an exchange for the correct size. They said I needed to pay $29 for them to send me the correct size, or pay myself to ship it back to Vietnam.

Total scam.

Purdue cycling kit was high school graduation gift for a friend who will be attending Purdue. To say the gift was a hit is a massive understatement! Outstanding quality for an outstanding price!

Found a good looking "Mexico" jersey at GCG. They had one or two left. Very happy that I got one. A high quality jersey arrived with oddly (poorly) designed graphics. A design that obliterated the Mexican Flag that is cleverly used for the pockets on the back of the jersey. Disappointed we let GCG know. They offered to send us a corrected jersey for a small fee. We are very pleased. Thank you for the extra effort.

I ordered a set of Maryland cycling bib set jersey.Orfered it June 13,2023.-they said it will take 3-7 days.They will notify me thru email,but it’s been 12 days now I still never received any email for the status of my order.Emailed them twice,But no reply.
It makes me worried.This will be last purchase to them.Hope my Items will arrive.?

This is a scam. First off, know exactly what size you need as they except no returns whatsoever. Your lucky if you get an exchange. The website says started by a loving couple, it should say loving couple of crooks. I bought two jerseys one large and one small as each one has a different cut and not sure which size would fit. I kept the large jersey and requested a refund for the medium jersey. They would not give a refund but did offer a exchange, which I don’t need. I requested a refund again explaining I did not need two jerseys and silence. Their phone number is a scam, doesn’t work. And they only respond by email if they choose to respond. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off. There are plenty of other companies out there with better quality jerseys.

I really wanted this to work out. Last year, I ordered a kit from this company. As I take a medium in all gear, I ordered a medium. The bib shorts fit great and were of good quality. The jersey was a little snug but still fit. After three rides, the zipper broke. I forgave the issue, as I figured I should have taken their advice and ordered a size up.

Thinking I would give them another chance, I ordered another kit on 4/20/2023 in a size large. I went to check on my order a few days later and saw that the order said “S” for small. I contacted the company and was told that I ordered a small (I did not) and that I would need to pay $19.95 to change the size. I explained that there is no way I would have ordered a small and outlined my issue with the jersey from last year, sending pictures of the broken zipper and the size medium on the jersey. If I had issues with a medium, there is no reason that I would have ordered a small. They offered 20% off future purchases but did not offer to waive the $19.95 size change fee despite the issue obviously being with their system. So, I have a busted jersey from last year and paid $19.95 extra for a new kit that I should not have had to pay. After going through this process, I received confirmation that the order was changed to a large. Days later, I received an email the the order shipped. In the email, the size said small despite me having gone back and forth with them and paying the extra fee.

This is apparently how they treat repeat customers. Never again with me. I advise everyone to choose one of the many different cycling clothing companies and avoid Global Cycling Gear. Despite their claims to “make things right,” they do not. I now have to go to my credit card company and dispute the charges unless they somehow make this right.

The product is made with poor quality, thin material, and minimal stitching that cracks and pops as you pull the item on - and my order is even a size too large for me. I can't imagine how the cycling shorts would stay together or look if they fit correctly. I reached out to customer service but yhe company will not accept returns. It really feels like I've been scammed. Made in Vietnam but showed a US shipping address when I ordered. A total waste of money.

This is a cheap chinese knock off brand. They steal designs from other companies. Your gear will suck and you won't get a refund. Stop supporting crappy rip off brands

Ordered items from this company on 01.28.2022. in their F.A.Q page on their website it states "How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order? - Merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 days after purchase. This can be seen here AND VERIFIED on their own website.

Shortly after submitting the order, i got order confirmation stating that there would be a 3-7 day production time before my order would ship.

On 02.06.2023 i received another email with USPS tracking info. I was happy, The order was being sent from DALLAS so i assumed the order would be at my home within 2-3 days.

On 02.11.2023 the tracking for my order has not moved, Its obvious that this company prints the ship label way before they actually have the stuff. They are misleading customers by stating FAST order to receive times when they clearly have no intention of backing it up.
I then read reviews for this company where they have a long history of doing this and not wanting to refund people for poor product quality and long delivery times amongst many other things. On 02.11.2023 i then request that the order is cancelled and refunded which shouldnt be an issue as the order hasnt shipped.

This company is refusing to refund me despite me making these requests. i have told them that if they do ship the order, I simply wont accept it and it will 100% bounce back to them, No surprise then that yes they went ahead and shipped it and yes its 100% going back.

There are a HUGE amount of complaints about this company from Trust pilot, The BBB rate them as an F and frustrated customers post on their FB page. Yesterday i filed a complaint with TX Attorney general and will continue to fight against their deceptive practices

STAY AWAY! terrible customer service. Refuses to refund you your money. Product is mediocre and does not fit correctly. Ordered correct size but will not refund for the product not fitting. Do not buy from this company.

#1 Great quality Jersey. Fit, workmanship and even a zipper pouch you don't get on a higher price product.
Shipping was quick even though it was the Christmas holiday. Good email ship-tracking and follow-up after the sale. For me nothing but really good service.

Ordered a custom jersey to wear at charity events to represent my Employer. It looks great and fits great. Not only am I impressed with it but my Employer is as well. I got my money's worth, very happy.

Bought a cycling jersey for my wife and although I bought the correct size the fit quality is terrible and I need to return it but GCG refuses to accept a return or refund our $. Their policy says that buying the "wrong size" doesn't qualify for a return but I bought the right size and it simply doesn't fit properly and GCG says that isn't a valid reason for returning an item. Are they kidding me? Any cyclist knows that some gear fits well and some doesn't, just like any other article of clothing. What reputable company sells clothing online and refuses to accept returns when an item that simply doesn't fit properly? Stay away from GCG...stay very far away!
