Still do not have the product. Was left in the dark with respect to shipping.

originally purchased a bike shirt size XXL. I was told to keep it and just send shipping and handling and they would send an XXXL. So did just that. When I received the XXXL there was not much of a difference in fit was disappointed

Package still hasn't arrived, dont get anything within 6 weeks of ordering

The size guide to order from was completely different from the garment when it arrived. it was so much too small he couldn't put it on.

Have bought a full set back in the autuum 2019. Thought I have wasted the money cause some ordinary details where missing compared to other brands.
But the gel pads saved my day. These are in fact the best I have ever tried. Bought another set. Turns out it unfortunately had another design of the gel pads whick were not quite so good but still among the best. The sizes of bibs and jersey fits well, but the waist of the bibs is very high and the lining is not flexible which makes it very difficult as a man to pee.
Otherwise quality is acceptable and to the price its the best.
Delivery to Denmark is about 1,5 month so place your order before the season :-)

I recently purchased a THIN BLUE LINE kit in size Extra Large. It looks amazing. Arrives and is wayyyyyy tooooo big. UGH!!! They offer an "exchange" of purchasing another for a small amount...I do, figuring I'll give the fist one away. I order a Large. It arrives and the bibs are still HUGE, like a diaper! Jersey has a weird cut on the shoulder and does NOT FIT properly either. I'M IRATE!!!
I contact the company and am told the I CANNOT exchange nor return the items!!! NOTHING...unless you count the "10% off your next purchase" they're willing to give me!!!
BEWARE!!! Kits may look great online, but they FIT LIKE GARBAGE!!! MADE IN VIETNAM too.

Worst apparel company ever. Waited a month for my product. They had the address wrong so they shipped it to my zip code, but not to my house so USPS refused to deliver it and shipped it back to shipper, all while they already had my money. Whbe I went back to them they said they will have to charge me for shipping it back to the corrected address. I mean they are ridiculous . Never ever ever buy from them and I will be writing a formal complaint to the bbb. All I asked was for my money back and they refuse to refund me

I attempted to reach out to GCG in hopes that they would have some sort of customer service skills but they have proven me wrong. They have not provided any solutions to correct the problem with shipping. My order has been sitting at the warehouse for almost 2 weeks now waiting to be shipped. They are now ignoring me and I am asking for a solution. This is outrageous and I have never dealt with a company who just refuses to help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Took a month for delivery. Ordered one size larger than what I usually wear based upon other reviews and still too tight. Price was cheap so I guess it's "You get what you pay for".

Poor quality, sizing way off (on the smaller side), took 6 plus weeks for arrival (yet they had my $ all that time) customer service was very one sided for there advantage. Said they’d replace but I had to pay shipping back!

I recently ordered a jersey and bib set from this company. it took a month to arrive and i was shocked when i tried on the Mens Large. Based on their sizing chart that is the size i needed and that is the size i have been for 20 plus years. interestingly the bibs fit great, the shirt however will not even zip. clearly mis sized!! when i asked for an exchange they gave me 2 options. 1. Keep the Jersey and they will send me a new one for a $39 shipping fee. Or, send the small one back at my expense and they will replace it. do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company, not this one. I do not recommend!!

Reading the reviews here on Trustpilot demands me to share my recent experience with GLOBALCYCLINGGEAR - which is pretty much an opposite opinion to that of the previous guests on this platform.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Custom Cycling Team Full Set in size XL, Linda of Globalcyclinggear then sent me a preview of the jersey they designed - but we had a mishap since the writing of my name was not quite correct, they fixed the issue and the delivery came in very promptly, but when sh... happens it does and there was no embroidery on the bib shorts - however the requested size fits doubtless and the quality itself is excellent, honestly!

I notified Linda about the missing embroidery and promptly she apologized and offered to resend new bibs without any charges for me.

Hey Cycling Fans - this is the way of enhanced service and I really do love it, don't you?!

I hate to add yet another poor review, but I have to be honest. I ordered 2 kits (jersey and shorts) from this company, and carefully looked at their sizing chart before I ordered...... Because I KNOW that Chinese manufacturers are completely off when it comes to the size of Chinese women vs, American women, and they were not even accurate with their sizing charts. I usually wear medium jerseys and shorts, but I ordered large, just to be safe. They arrived, and I I could barely get them on! I am 5’7”, and 138 lbs - hardly what I would call an EXTRA-LARGE woman, but I had to re-order the x-lg sizes, and pay an additional $39.
I would not recommend this company, and will not re-order from them again.

Poor quality, long delivery times, giant logo, which is not on the pictures
Got my cycling clothes 40 days after I ordered.
Zipper in Jersey was broken.
Contacted them via mail, and they replied within the next day that they were sorry, and would send a new to me + I did not have to return the broken one. (the 1 good thing in this...)
After 30 days of waiting, I contacted them again.
They said they would soon send the replacement, eventhough they promised that 30 days earlier.
10 days more, I asked for a tracking number. Got it, but they said it could take a few days before it worked
5 days more, tracking still didn't work.
I asked them if they were lying to me about shipping anything, and said instead I would like to return my order and get a refund.
They claimed that since the first package was delivered within 45 days, they didn't do that.
10 days more and I got my replacement jersey. zipper works, but still seems like same poor quality.
It took them almost 3 months from me placing the order, until I got a working set + all the lies.
On the back there is a 10 x 8 cm big white logo from global cycling gear, which are not on the pictures on the website
Will never order anything here again.
I even feel bad driving with the jersey, giving them free advertisement, since I do not like the product.
Might just end up in the bin...

Terrible Product! Buyer be very aware this is very cheap and nasty stuff. Zips don't work, and the garment does not even hold together. The design is very shoddy and the images used are pixelated and poor quality. The materials used are see though and of horrible quality. I paid extra for a custom design and they ruined it after the final sign off by plastering their logo all over it. It looks horrible. When you complain, they go to ground and don't answer emails. I wasted $400 on this junk and can't even wear it, very disappointing. Do not buy this.
