Due to the excellent price, almost half of other main door manufacturers I was a little bit dubious.
However the door arrived in a a excellent timescale compared to others estimated delivery times , great delivery guys, and the door is exactly what I ordered.
Would without doubt recommend and will use Global Doors in the future. Great value for money.

Don’t order, bad install and no customer service
The door has lasted 5 months, it’s so out of line we can’t even lock it. Customer Support doesn’t exist, we can only leave voice message and they don’t ever call back.

Great product but beware
Great product, feels and looks good however slightly disappointed as ordered 880mm wide door and frame to fit 890mm opening - opening size less 10mm for fitting, frame came in at 872, although does not sound like a massive difference it’s surprising what a difference it makes meaning extra packing required when fitting and trims required rather than a simple silicone joint to finish otherwise it would have been 5 star.

From your review there does sound as though there may be a sizing issue and we would require more information as this has not been reported to our support team previously.
We advise our customers to deduct 10mm from the brick to brick widith to allow for a tolerance with the opening but no further deductions should be made by the manufacturer so we are unsure why a further 8mm has been deducted.
I have asked a member of our support team to contact you today to gather some more details so we can decide the best steps from there.

First of all, please accept my apologies for your door arriving later than anticipated.
Taking a look at your order unfortunately due to your location in Scotland it appears your order went on a Scotland run, in most cases this is a 3-day run but can be up to 5 days.
I am truly sorry this was not fed back to you at the point you received an initial delivery date, we will be feeding this back to the team to ensure our customers are aware of the delivery timeframes prior to delivery.

Global doors straight forward ordering with no issues but there fitters martindales issues with them with fitting 1 door then the second door 3 weeks later as they were to be fitted same day.
