Breach of guidelines
It’s a shame I can no longer trust globalshopaholics…
It’s a shame I can no longer trust globalshopaholics just cause you insist my packages have never been delivered showing your footage of the delivery time as the proof when there r some packages that mark delivered on usps site one day but u upload under day/days after usps date, u lost my package and I lost money.
I just bought another item that u say you’re unable to find, but what’s wrong? Surely there’s a scheme going on and it’s harming a costumer (me); you must open a deep investigation still on the packages u insist have never been delivered (9536226524064114773474 delivered on Monday 6 May)

I request a deep investigation as I’ll never stop till I find them. If they don’t solve my problems and clarify the reasons I don’t see myself using this company in the future and don’t recommend .

There seems to be no support service to help when you send emails. The customer services via email is very poor. They are not helpful. They are ignoring customer emails.

I was doubtful about this in the beginning 2-3 years back. But now, the sincerity and smooth services of Global Shopaholics have made me the biggest fan of them. They are the best & trustworthy

Everything went good, I made the payment for Dhl express small box on Wednesday then as promised in 17 business hours it shipped on Monday. However this "Dhl express small box" turnes out to be Dhl Ecommerce which isn't = with Dhl express. So don't expect a fast delivery.

A grate experience
I had a really great experience with this platform. I bought something from Walmart and the package was consolidated successfully. The customer service team was very helpful in this process.

I didn't like the delay in processing my order. I had to notify them so they could see my registered package even though it arrived 3 days ago. And I suggest that this is the part that you should improve, especially for customers who are using your services for the first time.

Then everything changed. I was charged a "requested late fee" even though my order and 6 days left to pay for (I've not been well recently and had visual issues so was unable to process anything) they removed the fee but gave me a stern lecture which left me feeling a bit belittled. I paid the updated amount but yet again the website showed no sign of this and is still counting down the days it thinks I have left to pay. I've tried contacting them and sent a screenshot of the PayPal receipt but no reply.
I've decided to take my business elsewhere from now on as I'm sick of their site being so buggy and the lack of communication from staff.
It's a real shame as in the beginning, their service was excellent.

Horrible Experience
Horrible Experience! I can't even say that it was horrible service because there was ZERO response from them. The GS website is tricky to use and an issue came up on my order, I was ignored. I mean they went out of their way to not answer my emails, phone calls, outreach thru social media or snail mail. I would never, never, never trust them with ANY package they want to forward on as they deliberately ignored me. * If I were the owner/CEO or Global Shopaholics, I would be ashamed of myself for allowing this behaviour to continue. *

I would like to talk about my experience, I'm new to this company and I was recommended by a friend, I really didn't like your service, due to the lack of response right away, and the company's police are hardly visible. I fought hard just to get an answer from your company. and when they respond they almost don't give an exact answer. Another thing I noticed was the price almost didn't match the purchase price. For me, I had a bad experience for the first time with this company. If they no longer work on weekends, they could have more energy to serve us satisfactorily.
They’re incompetent
They’re incompetent. Reviews below indicate over a 20% chance you'll be unhappy. Here’s what you can expect in the months of hard work it might take to get a solution:
- Their warehouse appears to have no particular expertise in identifying items that can't be shipped (a cloth patch is a gun part?), tracking the whereabouts of received items or efficiently dispatching packages.
- Their customer service strategy seems based on “hope”, rather than robust processes or proactively working for the customer.
- You’ll be lucky to get an email response.
- Chat "help" can go around in circles between unnamed "departments" with no resulting action.
- If they make an undertaking to do something, it’s unlikely they’ll follow through.
Consequently you’ll need to work hard to chase them … every … single … step … of … the … way, potentially for many months.

Terrible!
It is the worst Forwarding service I ever used!
I signed up and shipped 3 packages to my suit and got them into my dashboard but could not ship them because my address was getting rejected.
I tried to contact them but their customer support is awful, if you email them they won't respond. The only way I managed to contact them was via WhatsApp but still, my problem was not solved.
I don't recommend this company at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I like many others who have left a review, I have had multiple attempts to contact the help team/customer service and contact gets ignore. When they have finally replied to my contact, they've ignore the whole email trail with all of the information, they've completely disregarded this and asked me to provide details for something which I already stated I couldn't do. They've taken my money and not credited my account so my package won't be released - this is theft and I am making a complaint to FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection if they don't resolve my issue within the next 24 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had much better experiences with Shipito - although Shipito's freight cost is a little higher, it is definitely worth using them as their customer service has been brilliant for many years and the rare time I've had an issue, they've resolved it within 24 hours.
