Atisha Martinez was very helpful when I called customer support. She was kind, courteous, and responsive. While she is an amazing representative for the company, I have yet to receive my order, and I was charged an extra $19.99 that I wasn't aware of when I placed the order. So far, the reviews about shipping and the extra charge have been my experience too.

Beware of deceptive billing. I was charged an additional $19.99 for the mystery box. I didn't request or authorize these charges. I received the mask but not the mystery box. I've reached out to the
company twice and haven't got a reply .
UPDATE: So the company replied to my review and ask me for my information. I supplied everything they ask for. Been a few weeks and haven't heard from them . As I said. DECEPTIVE BILLING
ANOTHER UPDATE: After posting the review customer support reached out wanting to rectify the issue. I replied to them and they have not replied. They have no intention of fixing this issue. With all the options available I would recommend buying from a different company

The face mask always had an issue with charging. I only used the cord sent with the mask but it took multiple attempts to charge. I emailed customer service and they did not offer any solutions other than returning it but of course, I missed the return window by less than a month. I would not buy again from this company.

Costumer service people were very nice, polite and helpful.
The problem is their return policy. It is not written on their website. They do not pay return shipping. If this was clearly stated on the website I would never have purchased the red light mask.
The mask was not what I expected. I just didn't want it which is my preference.
Instead of going thru the return process which I learned about when I called customer service I opted for half refund and keep the product.
Just too many obstacles to ever buy from them again.

I am highly disappointed in this product. Customer Service has been very poor. I have reached out to them multiple times by email and no response. Next, my cord almost started a fire because it overheated. You would think that the company would sell cords there, but they referred me to Amazon. Also, the strap does not stay on well and so when I finally got a hold of them to ask if I could buy a strap, they said they didn't sell straps there for their red light therapy mask. How could you sell a product like this and not forsee that customers may need replacement items. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I will research better next time.

Product broke early. It woulkd not hold a charge. Some times it would be on foir 2 miniutes, sometimes it would not turn on at all. Contacted the company, and they told me to run tests for them and document it. Send them the footage, and then they might replace it. When I said I did not have the tech savvy to accomplish all they demanded of me, they told me to go find neighbors to do it! I just went out and purchased a different brand that is hopefully more honorable

Inconsistent shipping information.
Placed an order on 12/6/2025 for a face mask with payment processed through PayPal.
On 12/10/2025 received an email from Glokore that the order had shipped, including an order number and "tracking Information" that was supposedly attributable to USPS or Amazon (apparently they didn't know which carrier was delivering the item.)
Checking with both USPS and Amazon, the tracking number listed was not in either shipper records.
Assuming Glokore is actually in Las Vegas, as their website implies, USPS and Amazon have no record of shipping anything picked up in Las Vegas to our address. I did see something being shipped to our address from via USPS on 12/11/2025, which makes some sense with a 12/10/2025 order conformation. USPS tracking of that package has it leaving Franklin, IN, on 12/11/2025 and arriving in Cincinnati, OH, on 12/20, 2025. On 12/21/2025 the item was in transit and ended up back at the Cincinatti, OH facility at 5:27am on 12/22/2025. It was in transit and was next tracked at the Atlanta USPS Reginal Distribution Center on 12/22/24 at 10:43 PM. It arrived, yet again, at the Atlanta USPS Regional Center at 10:42 AM on 12/24/2025, leaving that center at 1:26PM and arriving in Pensacola FL, on 12/23/2025 at 5:48 PM.
Instead of being delivered to us in Pensacola, it was next tracked arriving at the USPS Scranton PA Distribution Center on 12/24/2025 at 7:25PM
It left that Distribution Center on 12/24/2025 at 11:20PM, arriving at the Lehigh Valley PA USPS center on 12/25/at 2:34 PM, the Lancaster PA distribution Center at 3:41 PM on 12/25/2025. It departed Lancaster on 12/25/2025 at 8:07 AM on route to USPS, Gastonia, NC, where it arrived at 4:46AM on 12/26/2025, and departed to the USPS Regional Facility on 12/26/25 at 8:32 am. Stay tuned for updates on the perilous travels of the Glokore face mask. Will it ever delivered? Only time will tell.

After searching for a refund for my returned Glokore LED Mask your agent Atisha Martinez was incredible finding my FedEX tracking number and confirmed it was received. Evidently the agent I had called back with the number never issued a refund at all.
Atisha searched and found the tracking number on her own and found it was indeed delivered and issued an immediate refund to my credit card She iws an asset to the company and she went way beyond the call of duty. Please give her a raise.. AnthonyRandall

My order has not been received it's been 23 day. They gave me fake tracking numbers . They respond that when I receive the package I can return unopened and then get a refund. The problem is the package has not arrived

this company has wonderful customer service, I had a problem with my order not getting here when it should have been.. THEY ISSUED A REFUND AND WHEN IT CAME IN TODAY THEY SAID TO KEEP IT WITH NO CHARGE!!!!! I would say they should have a 10 star rating!

Upon ordering the LED mask I had concerns after reading the reviews on trustpilot. I reached out to the company and was on hold approximately 8 minutes. I then spoke to Lina. After relaying my concerns about all of the issues that are discussed in reviews she assured me that the product would be shipped with no (fraudulent postage), that the product will operate properly. And that if there are any issues I can reach back out and they will be addressed. I purchased the extended warranty intentionally. I did not purchase the VIP package and it was not added to my order. There is a small box to decline the VIP 19.99. I believe that it was inadvertently missed by some when placing the order. I will follow up with a review of the product in a couple months assuming that there are no problems with shipping.

I would NOT order from this company again. Seriously, do your research and use your money elsewhere. The entire process feels like a scam. When you initially place your order, it doesn’t tell you your order has been processed but instead takes you to pop up screens (that you don’t realize are pop screens) with a large green purchase button. This makes you think you’re finishing your initial order when you’re really agreeing to pay $20 more for an add-on. You’ll then have to call or email to cancel that add-on and receive a refund. After that, I received USPS shipping info (shipping that I paid $9.99 for) but when I click on the tracking # the USPS website says the postage was counterfeit and the order won’t be delivered. I then had to call AGAIN because of course Glokore didn’t notify me. They said they can place another order for me and I’ll receive it in 8 days. This was a Christmas present I originally ordered on Dec 4th and paid $10 for shipping yet I now won’t have it until Dec 26th. Just save your money and time. There are other legit companies out there for masks around the same price that have much better reviews on their entire process.

I ordered on 11-21-2025 and was charged an extra 20.00 for a VIP i did not sign up for or agree to. Then on 11-24-2025. An email stated my order was shipped. When I looked up the tracking no. It says "The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse."

She was so helpful in assisting me to receive a refund when I accidentally ordered two of the same product. First when you order they sneak in a $19,99 VIP package that you have to request a refund on.
Package was intercepted due to "counterfit" and company is aware of this issue and doing nothing about it.I requested a refund which will take sometime.Next morning i get a notice they shipped another.When I called customer service they said if I get it return or keep.What!Check your credit card

SO frustrated!! I placed an order November 30, 2025. Received an email the next day Dec. 1st with shipping and tracking number. Was impressed by how quick that was…now 9 days later USPS tracking still shows “label created awaiting item” from shipper. Tried to live chat …wouldn’t go through. Called the number on their site….its a wrong number goes to a company called HVAC who stated that they get calls for them all the time and the number on their site is wrong?? What the heck?? Sent an email and was told to wait another 5-7 days?? They immediately took the money out of my account … I’ve already waited 9 days and my item still isn’t shipped and they want me to wait another week for shipping??? This is ridiculous…guess I’m going to have to contact my credit card and file a claim. So disappointing…I bought this as a gift for someone that really wanted to try this and it turned into a mess. Beware buyers.

I have a fraudulent charge to my card from this company for $119.98. The "Live Chat" doesn't work on their page. I called them and they say they have NO record of my name, address, email, or phone number. Yet the charge has been verified linked to this company. THEN I receive an email offer from them! I've never subscribed or ordered from this company. EVER! Clearly they do have my email. Be VERY wary, something is suspicious with this company.
