Their on-line portal system which you can access at anytime, regularly keeps you up to date on the progress of your case so you can act accordingly to maintain momentum and avoid any unnecessary delays which I found very helpful. I was particularly impressed with Leah Brabbins and Anna Krenkova who were exceptional, always responding swiftly to my queries and provided one of the best customer experiences in my 15 years as a property investor! Generally the house conveyancing process can in my experience can be very stressful.
Our process was not without issues but without Emma’s efforts it could have been much worse.
I just wish I had the opportunity of providing the same review with our Buyers solicitors who were an absolute shower. Very poor performance and a blight on your profession.
As I say without Emma’s efforts, we so easily could have aborted process.
In our experience of some 14 house moves, by far Emma shines above all.

Buying a house is very stressful it was for me. I phone over 10 law firms before making my choice. I wanted a large firm with a local presence GP (GloverPriest) had this.

What was great was I always spoke to my legal representative when I requested it and I always received quick email reply's to my emails.
The service was professional and friendly too Emma was very good at putting me an ease about the process.

The buying process went very smooth thanks to them and we managed to buy the house we wished for.

The fees that they quoted were exactly what we paid to them which was very important to use. I will definitely use them again for other legal requirements if I need to.

Used the Wellingborough branch no great problems just the usual mix ups but very good team of ladies always helpful and polite at all times would definitely recommend this branch for conveyance kept me updated all the time and a decent inexpensive fee.Thanks to all the team

I have used GloverPriest 3 times now and every time there service has been outstanding, I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have heard stories of how difficult solicitors can make a house purchase and was skeptical, however, the services from gloverpriest was awesome, their communication was excellent, and they are always willing to address any concern you may have. I will surely recommend them.

Avoid for Conveyancing - look at the other 1 star reviews ... I too found them unbelievably slow, rude, uncaring, unprofessional ... took almost 10 months to complete on an empty flat that was not in a chain.

Very efficient and methodical in their execution of the property closing. I was directed on every step and their stated time line (which was set at the outset) was followed to the day. I could always reach someone who could help me with what I needed and would either answer my question directly or get someone who could. Prices were also reasonable for their services.

During the sale of our house, Emma and her team were outstanding, knowledgeable and prompt. They always had time to answer our questions, no matter how trivial they were. We are extremely happy with the fast service and both transaction were completed in less than the average expected time. We can confidently recommend this company.

The staff were very open and friendly, I couldn’t fault them for all they did for us and dealing with any issues that arose from our house purchase, the helped make the purchase seamless
