We used Glover Priest for our conveyancing needs. They were really polite and helpful, from the receptionist to the legal assistants and the solicitor. We had swift responses to any queries we had and they kept us updated at every point in the process. It really felt like they were supporting us through the house sale. Very professinal in all of their dealings with us. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a positive experience with Digital Move, a new service I tried out for the first time. The overall experience was impressive, and I found the service to be highly efficient and reliable, with a focus an advanced technical solution. Overall, I am satisfied with the level of service provided and would recommend Digital Move to others seeking similar solutions.

If you want to chase, chase, chase, then please use them! They're ok at what they do, but they do not do it without a lot of prompting and pushing! Not what I'd expect from the amount of money we paid them!

I would highly recommend the solicitor service at Gloverpriest even though my case was transferred to a different solicitor in the middle for the process, the entire communication was prompt and responsive, which is the priority of professional solicitor services.

I've used various other solicitors for conveyancing before and have to say the service provided by Glover Priest is the best i've experienced.

The main difference is the fantastic level of communication you receive once your house is sold subject to contract. They are also extremely responsive to emails and easy to contact by phone. I would use them again for all my legal requirements.

Not being experienced in buying properties, I was on the whole happy with how efficiently the process was dealt with. Just 2 niggles - 1. trying to enter information online I found a bit difficult at times (probably due to my advancing years) especially the photo/ID, but I was able to go to the offices and get it sorted out. 2. The expedition fee I believed was only to be paid if the exchange and completion dates were more than 7 days apart. I was asked over the phone when I wanted to complete and I replied that there was 'no rush'. It was suggested by the person at Glover and Priest 7 days from exchange. I naively assumed this was ok but it was not pointed out that it needed to be 7 WORKING days to avoid the expedition fee. It was a bit annoying to find out afterwards that an extra 2 working days would have avoided the fee. Perhaps in future it could be mentioned when arranging the completion date and not just point out when I queried it later that it was 'in the terms and conditions'!

The people tried to get things done and were at the end of the phone or email when needed. Unfortunately, some our crucial timelines were over Christmas . The firm ‘closed down ‘ for Xmas and the New Year and due to annual leave on top of those days, things seemed to slow down . Outside of that , it was good .

I had an extremely pleasant experience with GloverPriest Solicitors with the purchase of my house. Jacob Quinn was my conveyancer and he was very professional. He gave me timely detailed reports and always kept me in the loop. The purchase process was smooth, and despite being holiday season, my purchase was completed in less than 3 months. I would 100% recommend.

Our agent was lovely and was very helpful, but clearly had a large workload and often was not available when needed. Their phone lines close at 5pm which is not ideal if you work in an environment where you cannot access your phone freely during the day. There were also things which could have been dealt with well ahead of completion which were left (and charged for) at the last minute. Due to 'unforseen charges' we owed an extra £500 which luckily we could find.

Better communication, clearer billing and faster turn around would have improved the rating.

With problems down the chain, GloverPriest worked really hard, relentlessly, to reach exchange of contracts, so that our move could go ahead on the right day. Completion also proved to be problematic, but again GloverPriest came up trumps. They were really good at explaining the process to us
