This is the second time we have used Roxanne at GloverPriest for a buy-to-let sale. Both times Roxanne has done an amazing job but this latest transaction she and Nadine went above and beyond in what ended up being a tricky transaction due to our buyer appointing a nightmare of a solicitor who did not touch the file for two months, refused to respond, required constant chasing and was incompetent and unprofessional.
