I don’t normally write reviews but I had an issue with the delivery of an order from Glow For It and the customer service I had from them was honestly one of the best. They were super quick at responding and even though the issue resolved itself they sent me out another order just in case! The products themselves I used when they first started out a few years ago and I wanted to try them again as I’m trying to embrace my natural eyelashes and I’m glad I did! It was someone called Noo that helped me out ❤️❤️

The mascara is AMAZING!! It goes on smooth and easily. The brush has real bristles which I love! I don't have to use a lash primer and the mascara stays put and doesn't flake or smudge (my lashes are quite long so I've always needed a primer to keep my mascara from "racooning" underneath my eyebrows). And the customer service is unbeatable!! I had some issues with shipping and the response from the people I spoke with was immediate, very kind, and helpful.

Damaged package - my parcel arrived damaged and so I got in touch with the company. A lovely employee named Noo promptly responded and sorted it all out in a very helpful and professional manner.

Fantastic company! I initially started using the serum on a recommendation and loved it, then when the mascara was released, naturally I had to try it and was quickly obsessed. I have also used the brow serum to help grow in sparse areas on my brows and it did a fantastic job. On a few occasions I have had to contact them about being sent the wrong products and each time the customer service team have been fantastic, responding quickly and rectifying the matter in the most generous ways. I always recommend Glow For It when I get compliments on my lashes (someone once asked if I had extensions! No girl, just Glow For It!). An all round fantastic company.

I recently ordered and unfortunately received a faulty product. I contacted customer service and they got back to me so quickly to resolve the issue, they apologised and arranged for a replacement product to be sent out at no extra cost. Coming across customer service as quick and efficient (and also super friendly) is few and far between these days so really value that aspect when placing an order. As for the lash growth serum, I cant yet comment on the effectiveness but other customer results look amazing so I am excited to see mine over the next few months. The product itself is beautiful packaged and feels very high end. Overall a positive shopping experience so far and do recommend if you are considering placing an order :)

I use the makeup sticks, mascara, cleansing balm and the lash and brow serums and I can’t recommend them enough. They’re amazing!

I’ve been using this serum and the mascara for over 2 years. The old serum before it got changed to the new formula was amazing!! My lashes were so long. Then the new serum was released, Awful! No growth and it stings my eyes. I’ve used it consistently and had 2/3 tubes of the new version alone but no I won’t be buying again. Same as the new mascara…I don’t know why they changed the product? I used to recommend the mascara to everyone and I’d get so many compliments. It used to be like a waterproof, fibre mascara, now it’s just a clumpy mess that smudges during the day. I have to apply it and wipe the excess off of the wand on a tissue every time I insert it into the tube. Such a shame as I used to rave about this brand to everyone. Now I tell people not to waste their money. If they went back to their original formulas I’d shop again in a heartbeat!! I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with this brand I’m so disappointed. I really did try to persevere as I thought maybe I’d got a bad batch and I was told by customer service about the “lash cycle” which funnily enough never happened with the original formula?? but sadly not it’s just not as good as it used to be!

Honestly I really wish I could give more stars. This company really do look after their customers, never be scared to ask a question. I had to contact customer service recently for them to clarify something for me and they really went above and beyond! Oh yeah and there products are fantastic!!

I first tried the Glow For It lash serum, which I was obsessed with, and have since tried their blush, mascara, brow serum, hair serum and most recently their cleansing balm. Everything they make is perfect, and the team behind the brand are so lovely!! I love the ritual of using my cleansing balm every night, and it melts my makeup off so easily, and leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated. Can't wait to see what they come out with next!!

I made a complete mess of my order, including google pay adding my old address, which i didnt realise until later. customer service were very quick to respond and super helpful,, including ensuring the order got to me in time for me to give it to the birthday girl.

Terrible customer service and useless product. I applied a discount when purchasing but was charged the full amount. I raised this directly with them, they initially thanked me for supporting their small business and asked for further purchase details which I supplied, they then ignored my further messages. The product itself is useless. I’ve used UK Lash for years but thought I would try this. Over the weeks my lashes have fallen out. Avoid this company and don't waste your money on the product.

Such great products with results. From the mascara to cleanser, I’ve loved every product I’ve bought. And the customer service is always lovely and efficient. Highly recommend!

nearly every product in my make up bag is glow for it!!
I started using the serums a few years ago, and slowly I started adding to my GFI collection. The blushes are genuinely better than any other I've used because they;re so pigmented and work into the skin so well. The new glow sticks are amazing. The mascara is to die for and so easly to remove so I don't get any falling out. Also, I choose to only use cruelty-free products so it feels great knowing these are. LOVE every glow for it product

I’ve loved the eye lash serum for ages and have had fab results, so was excited to see that they were moving into skincare and have been using their new cleansing balm for a month now, it’s amazing! Going to look at the mascara now too! Also I’d given the wrong address when I placed my order, the customer service was brilliant and sorted things out straight away!!!

The girls have an outstanding customer service within the business! My parcel had unfortunately been stolen, but the colleagues at Glow For It were kind enough to send me out a replacement lash serum free of charge!

The old serum was so good. When I used it my lashes got so long and I was really pleased. However, when they changed the serum to the new formula all of my lashes fell out after using it for about a week. When I contacted them about it they said this was “a lash growth cycle”. I started using a different brand which was okay. I used this brand for a couple years and the results were fine but not as good as the original glow for it serum (I haven’t had my lashes fall out or a “growth cycle” since). I decided to give the new formula a go again to see if I could get the old results back and I also wanted to use a serum that was hormone free. Within a week of using it I got a huge stye on my lash line. So disappointed and won’t be using them again.

Used 1 time my eyes are extremely swollen and red can barely open my eyes, they’re leaking a “mucous” like substance

Good company to deal with. After the hype about the mascara online, it did very little for my lashes. I am quite disappointed in it's performance as in it didn't lift or lengthen on immediate application, I had to apply a different mascara on top to give any volume. I am not referring to long term benefits. Most of the models already have long lashes anyway.
Won't be buying again and would like to return the mascara to GLOW FOR IT.
