great service, well priced and really happy with my watch they sourced for me.

This is the first review I've ever posted but after such an excellent service it is the very least I could do!

I dealt with zack at GMG and from start to finish he was fantastic!! I was a little un sure about sending such a large amount of money over to someone id never met but he kept me updated and reassured me every step of the way. (Even video called me whilst he was eating hes dinner!) As I needed some peace of mind i was going to get what I paid for.

He explained what day he would be posting and said id recieve it by 1pm the next day which I did!

The watch itself is exactly how it was described if not better and looks exceptional! I'm over the moon with it

Honestly, i will never use another watch dealer again and will certainly be recommending to anyone I know who is interested in a luxury time piece.

Thanks to all the team at GMG. Faultless service, I contacted them a few days ago to see if they had a watch I wanted, they had sourced brought it up from london and had it ready for me the next morning in liverpool. Highly recommend these guys, delivering a service most can only aim for.

purchased a Rolex Submariner and set up finance with Duologi. The deposit was taken and left my account. I have received no information about delivery or what happens next. Communication poor, buying process poor, customer service poor. I am still waiting for my watch after you have taken the deposit.

Lovely lads, very professionally set up! From their 24hr concierge phone service to their offices. Had exactly what I wanted the same day, was more than happy to put a free link in it to make the watch fit my wrist.

Bought two watches of GMG and the overall experience was awesome. Impeccable service and super responsive communication, lightning fast shipping and perfect products. Guys at gmt made the process of sourcing my 2014 hulk very easy and they didn’t lie when they said the condition was 10/10 and price was good too aswel as my trade in price , I will definitely use their service again that’s for sure .

A fabulous all round experience from Zack & Lee at GMG Watches. After much research I was delighted to buy my 2019 Unworn Submariner Date from the guys.
I decided I wanted to collect from their new offices in Liverpool in person & drove up from Surrey. I’m glad I did as it was a pleasure meeting both of them .. both passionate about watches & giving a quality customer experience.
