Really disappointed as I traveled from swansea to Liverpool and been told by Ben that the watch which I like it and want to buy is available and got loads of watches to show me and I won’t get disappointed .

When I reached I have been told the watch which I liked they haven’t got it .. so I was really disappointed as I traveled for 6 hours and wasted my money and time .

The watches they got is really high price and not worth the money they asking for .

Don’t waste your time and money . You won’t get any guarantee and is really unprofessional.

Part exchanged a watch with Lee from GMG - he was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and transparent - was also flexible in arranging logistics for collection - would recommend and do business with GMG again

Thanks to GMG Watches for all their help when sourcing me my next watch.

I was unable to get the model I wanted direct from the dealership, but the team helped me get the perfect replacement.

Only took them 3 days to get me it, when I first enquired I was told it was not in stock. However 2 days later they called me back to say one was now available if I was still interested.

I will use again when I can afford my next one :)

Was advised by a friend to check out GMG, as I was looking for a new watch. I dropped them a message & a member of their team got in touch straight away. I explained that I had been struggling to find a certain piece & asked if they could help me. I couldn't believe how quickly they came back to me, not only finding the exact watch I wanted but also at a really good price!

I honestly couldn't have shook their hand any quicker!

Watch was perfect & so was the service from start to finish. Polite, helpful & professional!

UPDATE: UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T REPLY TO GMG'S RESPONSE ON HERE, BUT IT'S ALL IN-ACCURATE. I'VE POSTED SCREENSHOTS OF THE MESSAGE FROM LEE ON MY FACEBOOK REVIEW WHICH I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE WHO THINKS OF USING GMG, OR ASSOCIATED BRANDS, LOOKS AT BEFORE PROCEEDING.

The item I went to see was a fake. I was met at a dodgy location, which wasn’t even rented in their name. I was promised it had papers and box, and it only had a box, not even the complete box.

After an interesting conversation, Lee admitted to the item being fake, saying I must know the product better than him as he didn’t spot it.

He did say it was still a good price, and maybe I would still want it, which I didn’t. I was offered £50 compensation for my wasted time and travel expenses.

He goes on to say he got it from a friend and would give it back, but I see since getting home it’s quickly been re-advertised on Instagram.

These guys are crooks of the Earth. Don’t buy anything from them, think they’ll regret this one.

Excellent service! I’ve purchased watches and jewellery from Hatton garden many times and this was my most positive experience by far. I’m a watch collector not a drug dealer so I expect a level of professionalism especially when spending 50K upwards. Emails, invoices, good communication etc. is often too much to ask in Hatton garden but not with Lee and Zak from GMG! Other watch dealers can learn a lot from these guys. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Lee was superb on this transaction; GMG bought my 16610LV for the price quoted without any issue. I would heartily recommend.

Found GMG Watches through Instagram. Called them up in the morning for a quote to sell my Datejust, booked an appointment for the afternoon and a few hours later I had cash in hand. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The process couldn't have been easier and the price given was excellent.

I had been on a hunt for a brand new 2020 Submariner or GMT for my husbands 30th birthday and I knew I wanted it with the box and papers. I was glad to come across GMG watches on Instagram and managed to secure a brand new submariner for a very decent price. I was dealing with Lee and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend them!

A genuine pleasure dealing with this company. I’ve dealt with Lee since day one and, frankly, didn’t have a clue about buying prestigious watches. He made the process incredibly easy and was always on hand to offer great advice about what I should or shouldn’t be looking at.

As I’ve unskilled my knowledge, Lee has been a great sounding board, and definitely been able to advise on what’s better for an investment vs pure love of a watch.

The one thing that stands out, having visited several Patek and Rolex boutiques, is that GMG do not carry the air of arrogance that many in the high street do ... plus they also have the stock of the watches! Haha!!

All in all, I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
