We signed up to Gnergy as they were supplying energy to the property when we moved in. We have not regretted this. Despite being useless with computers I/we have been mostly able to manage the account online. When I have phoned the customer service has been excellent.

We have been with GnERGY for about three years now and have been very satisfied and impressed with the service received. Very fair pricing, with re-contracting bonus, which is very welcome. Excellent telephone service. This company tries hard to provide a good and efficient service and does it well.

GnERGY is very easy to work with and all I have to do is send in monthly readings. One small problem was sorted out quickly, with no fuss. Their communication is always clear and polite.

I've been with Gnergy now for about 4 years.
I always look for a new and cheaper energy supplier when my contract is up for renewal but I have to say it is not only about cost. Customer service has to come into it.
I previously had my energy supplied by Extra Energy. They were the worse company when it came to service. So now a days its cost and SERVICE.
Gnergy do not come in the top for cost but they ARE THE TOPS for customer service. Monthly bills. ease of suppling monthly meter readings via their simple to use online portal. And when I have a query with my account they answer my emails promptly.
They also offer cash incentives to stay with them when contract is due for renewal.

They do every thing right. A very good company. Keep it up Gnergy

Billing is easy to understand, my meter readings are submitted monthlyvia a designated email address and their customer service is second to none. Staying with Gnergy made sense as they have been very efficient, helpful and pleasant when I have had to contact them and the new tariff they offered me was reasonable and easy to understand.
And they reward customer loyalty. Not many organisations do that now.

During the years we have been with Gnergy we have had no problems whatsoever. All our dealings with them have been excellent. When telephoning them we are treated with courtesy and politeness. Their charges are reasonable and always good value compared to other suppliers which is why we continue to renew with them.
