They’re bad

They’re bad. they ask you your for ur “safe place options,” yet don’t even deliver to the safe place that you write down. They just email saying “we’ve missed you, we’ll try again the following day.”

I have ordered from ASOS twice. The first time it took them four days to deliver because i was at university. This time it looks like they’re doing the same as they didn’t listen to my safe place options again.

Only good thing I would say about them is the fact that they come every next day when they don’t catch you at home. Other than that.. rubbish.

Update: today they didn’t even bother knocking on my door yet said they’ve been here and i was at home all day

if i could give it zero stars believe…

if i could give it zero stars believe me i would. the worst delivery service ever it is clearly ran by a bunch of imbeciles. the last 3 times i have ordered with asos this dumb company we’re delivering it. the first time they didn’t even deliver it to my address but they didn’t deliver it to my neighbor either nope. they delivered it down the road to God knows who. after paying for next day delivery i had to chase up the company about my order and when i chased them up they said they delivered it down the road. also they said that they had tried to deliver it twice yet i made sure that i was at home listening out for the door? this company are a bunch of liars and thieves and Asos need to change their delivery partner otherwise they will have a lot of unhappy customers

Same as many of the other reviews here, they attempted to deliver my parcel 2 times, on both occasions I was at home. Nobody attempted delivery on either occasion.

ASOS listen to your customers and drop this delivery partner before your customers start dropping you!!!

Honestly the worst delivery company in the UK. Never delivery packages and always say they can’t locate the building, no other company has ever had an issue with this. I even supplied my Mobile number to call, but they make no effort to contact what so ever. Would give 0 stars if I could, as at this point it’s just ridiculous as you’re given no delivery estimate so you have to wait in all day for your package to never arrive. ASOS needs to use a different company or they will lose all of their business, as they’ve lost mine.

ASOS partner, absolute shambles!

Ordered with ASOS (who always deliver to my address with DPD) - no communication received and apparently after lots of investigation work “couldn’t find address”. This is absolutely BS!
No call/text/email saying they couldn’t find the place and having had to log onto their system it showed conflicting messages “out for delivery” / “at depot” each day receiving a new message claiming that my item is out for delivery, and at the end of the day, again, no items! This was 10 days ago!
ASOS, awful excuse for a courier who either can’t be bothered or is plain lying and now I’m potentially left without an outfit for a wedding. Thanks a lot, ASOS customer of +10 years won’t be renewing.

Asos delivery not received

I pay for premier delivery with Asos who unfortunately use this company sometimes for their next day delivery. My order has apparently been “attempted” over the past two days yet I’ve been waiting home both days!

Now Asos customer care have told me to waste another day waiting to see if my parcels arrive.

Asos please stick with DPD as this company lies and it is unfair that we pay for a service that you cannot deliver. Gnewt have no tracking system so there is no way of knowing that they’ve actually attempted delivery.

I might not renew my premier delivery again!

Please try to avoid ASOS and GNEWT at any cost ....

HI there ,
I ordered two jackets from ASOS 1st time and paid extra money on top for next day delivery. On the tracking it said that driver attempted and was unable to gain access to the building , This is complete lie , i work in the reception of that building and no one came to deliver , I have CCTV evidence as well. I have gone thorough peoples reviews here and I think this needs to investigated as lots of people have paid NDD and the items never delivered Next Day , so this is a kind of scam.
Please try to avoid these scammers at any cost .I would like to report this to the relevant authorities to look into and save the world from these scammers ...

I would rather jump off a building than…

I would rather jump off a building than have anything delivered by Gnewt again. Avoid at all costs!! They claim to have attempted multiple deliveries, but somehow forgot to knock or ring the doorbell at all (I was in all day waiting for the parcel).

A nightmare. AVOID!

I have asked that they deliver to a neighbour within the building I live in (with 10 households) because I'm not usually in during normal working hours. For 3 days in a row they claimed to have "attempted delivery" and none of my neighbours were there to get the door (highly unlikely, as I've never experienced this problem before and get parcels delivered successfully to my neighbours all the time). Then I get this notice that the parcel is at their depot and if I don't collect it in 5 days, they will send it back to ASOS. I have not been able to find a number to call. This is extremely frustrating as I need to leave the country in a few days.

Update: Heard back from them via email and they said they've returned my parcel to the sender (ASOS) ... It has not been 5 days yet - this is utterly unacceptable! Avoid this company at all costs!

Hey Gnewt, how do you sleep at night knowing you've caused so much distress to so many people? By being carbon neutral? Thanks for nothing.

Driver forgot to bring my parcel with him

My parcel still hasn’t turned up after 3 days, paid for NDD.

Looking at other people’s reviews I’m not the only one. Emailed customer service and she told me the driver left my parcel in the depot by accident!

Gnewt

The minute you see Gnewt as the courier you can never expect your order. Absolutely useless service, have no idea why ASOS use them. I have NDD, but it's been two days and my order is nowhere to be found.

Avoid like the plague

GNewt 'attempted delivery' and then left my ASOS order in a 'safe place. Only problem is they did neither. My safe place had other retailers' orders but not my ASOS delivery. The communication with ASOS regarding GNewt is an endless circle from the third circle of hell and I'm starting to wonder why they switched from DPD for next day delivery. Even HERMES was never this bad.

TERRIBLE COURIER

TERRIBLE COURIER! CONTINUES TO ATTEMPT DELIVERY AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS TO CANCEL/RETURN. ASOS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO USELESS AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

Refuse to follow instructions and failed to deliver

Gave clear instructions on where to leave in a safe place. 3 days in a row they refused to try and just sais "attempted to deliver" and now my ASOS order has been returned to ASOS. Have never had problems with other couriers.
ASOS customer service were not apologetic or helpful at all.
Will not be ordering from ASOS or anyone who uses GNEWT again.

WHERE IS MY FRIGIN PARCEL!!!!!!!

I ordered with ASOS on Thursday with Premier Delivery expecting my parcel to arrive Friday. It is now Wednesday and I still have no parcel, no communication from Gnewt they just copy and paste the same email reply back to me all the time "It is in the van with our driver, it will be delivered today" and it's not.
The tracking system says it is still in the depot in East London somewhere, but the writing oon the tracking says it has been out for delivery since Monday? How can it be in a van for delviery and at the depot at the same time for the past 3 days?
This is the worst courier company I have ever seen and if ASOS continue to use them, I won't be shopping with them anymore.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

awful

Tracker does not recognise my details, so every day my parcel goes undelivered because I am at work during the day and can’t plan to be home for the delivery because they give you a 10 hour window. Cannot log in to tracker to change details or specify to leave with neighbour or even go and collect it myself and emails go unanswered. The fact I have had to pay for this awful service rubs salt in the wounds

Don't bother with this company and Asos…

Don't bother with this company and Asos they are both money making thieves that lie all the time. I ordered my items and told them that I want them delivered on the 06/11/2019 cause of work. They agreed with my delivery date. Then all of a sudden I get a text from this lying s**t delivery service that they have tried to deliver my items three times and they are sending them back to Asos.
The liars are ridiculous cause it has not been three times from the delivery date; I received their message on the 05/11/2019. I spoke to Joanna from Asos, who didn't even bother to help me what so ever, not even an apology. Asos corporate rats customer services is down right cold. I hope both businesses go bust, they need this lesson.

Inefficient and downright lie about the…

Inefficient and downright lie about the location of your parcels, which is deeply worrying. They've wasted days of my time sending me emails saying my stuff is 'out for delivery' and then saying they couldn't deliver because they couldn't 'get on the premises'.

Great for the environment, bad for business.
