Gnewt is lame

What is even the point of paying for premium delivery for asos if only i knew they started using gnewt. I had no problems with asos delivery with dpd and hermes and now i wont even buy from asos until they stop using gnewt! My first 2 experiences with gnewt delivery was fine and was delivered on time, now for some reason, they cant locate my address? I just want my parcels!

I’ve been waiting all Saturday for my ASOS Next day delivery (extra £5.95), and I got a message from Gnewt saying 'Delivery Attempted'? How can you explain this, when I've been next to my door all day waiting? No wonder the Rating: 1.3 on Trustpilot!

Not going to get your parcels...

-Courier never knocks on door or attempts delivery but they say they do in the tracking info.
-If problem is sorted, delivery ends up arriving days later not on the next day as it should.
-Basically, don't waste your money on Asos premier delivery because you wont receive your parcels on time or at all

Terrible

Gutted that Asos now use this joke of a company. Generic messages when I complain. Stealing my money in the form of “premium delivery” what premium delivery? Things don’t get delivered! What a joke asos this looks terrible on you!

After my 7th bad experience with Gnewt…

After my 7th bad experience with Gnewt I have to say something! Previously my parcels have either been sent back, or they haven't bothered to deliver, similarly to the other reviews on here. Then they delivered my parcel but to the wrong address - same flat number, COMPLETE DIFFERENT BUILDING! I only managed to find this out when asos made me ask all my neighbours whether they had seen my parcel, which was highly embarrassing. After this, they finally asked Gnewt for evidence and Gnewt sent them a picture of a random door and said they had posted my parcel through it. The door wasn't even in my building!

I'm having to deliver everything I order to my boyfriend's flat until ASOS stop using Gnewt for within the congestion zone, which is annoying and a waste of my time. I'm not buying premier delivery again until they solve this.

It's frustrating that ASOS aren't taking their customer's complaints seriously with this. One of their customer service representatives told me this service "is not the norm"...it clearly is, unfortunately~!

nightmare!

i ordered with Asos and have premium delivery. obviously i use premium membership so i have the convenience to receive my parcels in time. I have ordered on Monday and today is the third day where i still have not received my parcel even though it should have arrived on Tuesday. everyday my tracking changes from "On Vehicle for Delivery" including the text message with the same information to "Held for Redelivery" without any reason. i never had a bad experience with Asos deliveries ever but since they changed to Gnewtcargo i am not receiving my parcel. the tracking is not really helpful as it shows no details, the delivery slot is 8am-6pm which is not specific at all. I have asked Asos for help but they said it will take 48 hours to hear back from them, that means I will not receive my parcel before going on holiday even though I ordered because of my holiday in time with Next Day delivery. They cannot even give me a reason why my parcel couldn't be delivered as address is correct and there is always someone at reception. I am quite disappointed and I really really hope Asos will change their courier as this will make them lose customers and therefore profit as well as Gnewt's reputation will not improve with a service like that.

Worst delivery company ever

Worst delivery company ever, makes me not want to order from ASOS again. Been waiting for a whole week, they make up stories saying they’ve tried to deliver. My work has a 24 hour reception, always open yet they still say I missed it. Stay away at all costs

Terrible service

Ordered an Asos parcel to be delivered by Gnewt. Delivery slots are 8am-6pm with no evening or leave parcel options, which is unhelpful. 1st delivery attempt made on a Saturday; apparently I wasn't in (though my building has a concierge so this seems unlikely), so I had an automated email saying they'd try again next working day. 2nd attempt supposedly made on Monday; again I apparently wasn't in (though again, concierge, and I was not contacted to see if I was in). No card was left and I was not notified that the second delivery had failed. Proactively looking on their website, there was an option to arrange redelivery, but that required a route code that should have been on the card they hadn't left. Emailed to ask how to rearrange (there is no phone number) and had no response. Subsequently received an email saying they were returning the package to sender. Useless from start to finish - there is no point ordering anything if the parcel will never be delivered. I hope Asos go back to a more reliable delivery service asap or I will stop ordering from them.

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever used
- just keeps trying to deliver while I’m at work, offers no morning or evening or drop with neighbour options.
- says they deliver on Saturday, waited in all day. Nothing.
- looking forward to missing my delivery or having it returned to ASOS on Monday.

If I could give it zero stars I would.
Terrible, have messed up my delivery on 3 separate occasions. Leaving me without my orders when I needed them, delivering 4 days after.
They should let you redirect it or give you a more specific time frame that they will deliver and not just all day.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Claimed to have delivered an ASOS package to my office. Their tracking shows it was left on the porch. The building doesn’t have a porch and is in the middle of a busy central London street. Needless to say the package has gone missing.

Consistently bad

Consistently bad, with claims of being delivered when there's been no call at all. Today was the final straw, with a day-late parcel getting a status of 'Business Closed'! Who cares it's all electric! Just deliver the goods!

Would have put 0 stars but enable. This is the 2nd time that I am supposed to receive a next day delivery with Asos with this company. They never arrive and re scheduled the delivery window. They do not deliver sundays and cant be reached. Asos you surely can use a more reliable company to deliver our goods on time

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Given a 10 hour delivery window , waited in all day and then tracking saying delivered when the £257 item hasn’t been delivered. Told by ASOS they can only investigate after I have confirmed in writing that I’ve checked neighbours, bins , the garden. Didn’t ecoect to have to do a treasure hunt to find my parcel when I’ve waited in all day! Then told it’ll take 48 hours to investigate . Meanwhile I’m £257 down... terrible service and no way of contacting Gnewt direct.

0 Stars really, it's 4pm and I am still waiting for my next day delivery from ASOS. Having seen the reviews after googling, I have been to afraid to leave the office in case they come and leave! 7am-10pm window is ridiculous, office shuts at 5pm so I'm pretty sure I wont be getting my dress in time for an event tomorrow. Shocked that ASOS would use this service, don't think I will trust ASOS ever again.

Dodgy company moonlighting as delivery business

I’m confused to how this “business” has a delivery contract with some of these brands. They don’t even attempt delivery but are quick to say “vehicle breakdown” or will redeliver. If the vehicles break down that often may be a sign to invest in something reliable. Was only willing to discuss the delivery when I advised them I could prove that no delivery attempt was made. For a delivery company don’t really seem to grasp the concept of what a delivery is.

Worst delivery company ever.

Gnewt managed to lose my parcel not once, but twice in the span of two days. Stayed at home for both days to receive the parcel. It said the parcels were delivered, but nothing was ever delivered??? Moreover, the parcel tracking system is AWFUL and gives me absolutely 0 information.

Although the ASOS staff were very helpful with issuing a refund/replacement, my recent experience has made me rethink twice about ever using ASOS again if they continue to use Gnewt as a delivery company.

Riddle me this: What's the point of a delivery company if they are negligent and if they continuously fail to deliver parcels? If I could give Gnewt a 0/5 rating, I would.
