Terrible company, useless at their job

I’ve worked from home today to receive my ASOS parcel and just received a message saying sorry they missed me... no one rang, no one knocked, nothing. What a joke. I haven’t received a single ASOS parcel since they signed with Gnewt.

What use is a company that can’t do the one thing they say they do?

Atrocious

They just... don't deliver the parcels? Or tell you when they might eventually bring them? Totally rubbish & I hope ASOS dump them ASAP.

Similar to the many many other 1 star…

Similar to the many many other 1 star reviews, ASOS delivery that was meant to be delivered next day which has still not arrived 6 days later.... Falsifying deliveries. No proper tracking. No one to speak to. Absolutely appalling company and reflecting sooo badly on ASOS for using them STILL despite all these bad reviews

Some JOKES just aren't funny -Sack the comedian aka GNEWT

No Stars at all is what I wanted to do but clearly had no choice. I echo what everyone else has said already. Today I am still waiting for a parcel that should have been delivered yesterday (sat). Tracker says held back for redelivery. That statement is a cheek as NO ATTEMPT was made yesterday!! No update since, so I won't waste my time expecting it today!!
ASOS... You NEED to listen to your customers!!! Go back to HERMES.
I can only assume you are getting a cheaper rate via Gnewt. With the loss of customers this will clearly prove to be a NO WIN situation for you!!

Worst delivery service I ever…

Worst delivery service I ever encountered, even Hermes does a better job than gnewt. This is the second time in the span of two weeks that I have placed an order on a friday with next day delivery and gnewt doesn’t deliver it saturday as scheduled (no status update, nothing). They seem to not work on weekends. Utterly frustrating and terrible service, really hope asos kills them off sooner than later.

Failed to deliver urgent ASOS deliver & claim to have carded with no card left.

Been waiting all day for ASOS delivery. Paid for next day delivery & just seen that they've noted I wasnt in and 'carded'. I'm at work and no card has been delivered & they are uncontactable. There is someone on reception here from 6am-3am. I'm going on holiday on Sunday & now will not have the items I paid for. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I won't order from asos again thanks to this courier.

Worst service delivery I’ve ever…

Worst service delivery I’ve ever encountered. Like most reviews I’m appalled and angry at how little effort was made to find my location and make the delivery. The tracking system is poor and third rate. Will not purchase from Asos again while they continue to use Gnewt!

I'm frustrated that ASOS are not…

I'm frustrated that ASOS are not listening to their customers. Using Gnewt, who are completely unreliable and non responsive is damaging their business.
I am discouraged by the steps ASOS has taken to continue shopping with them.

Next day delivery with ASOS

Next day delivery with ASOS, showed up a week later with no communication, despite there tracker saying it was “Out for delivery” every day.

Clearly just a small time courier service way out of there depth.

By far the worst service I have ever…

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. I have been an ASOS customer for years but will not shop with them again while they use Gnewt! TWO orders have been returned to ASOS because the drivers said they were unable to make delivery. ASOS customer service refuse to help and there is no customer service from Gnewt. No option to leave with neighbour, delivery time between 7am-10pm, absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are terrible. And do not shop with ASOS as this is the only courier they use.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful. I paid for next day delivery and my parcel was meant to get to me between 8 AM and 6 PM today. I arrived at the office early to make sure I'm there, then checked the tracking page and, to my surprise, it said my business is "no longer trading", even though its name is clearly displayed on the intercom. No way to contact them, no live tracking, and no parcel. If Asos continue using these guys for deliveries, I'm sure they'll lose quite a few loyal customers.

Have been an ASOS customer for years…

Have been an ASOS customer for years with next day delivery. My last three orders haven't been delivered full stop due to being lost in the post or not finding the address.
Since they have changed delivery service - I can't even get a delivery to arrive to my home (which is central london). I can't be bothered going through the refund policy one more time due to the item not arriving. I won't be renewing my 'next day delivery' or making any more purchasing on ASOS.

Terrible! ASOS listen to your customers

Absolutely awful! It’s the last straw with Gnewt and is reflecting so badly on ASOS. I’m really put off purchasing from them again because of the awful delivery service. They are lazy, incompetent and falsify tracking notes. In the past three months alone I have had nothing but issues with them! They do not leave calling cards, they do not attempt delivery even though they say they do, their tracking system is pathetic and parcels are rarely delivered on time. It’s just so poor especially when paying for next day delivery. I have missed out on items needed on expected delivery days and Gnewt seem to just pick and choose who they can be bothered to deliver too. Electric cars great, Service? Absolutely shameful!

Terrible terrible terrible!

I've been shopping with ASOS for years and I am appalled by the delivery service of Gnewt!

I was in the office building waiting for the parcel, and got a notification saying the building was closed when it was barely the end of the day. They didn't even bother ringing the buzzer for my business - pure laziness.

There was no live tracking which is a must for delivery companies of this day and age.

And now I have to wait for a re-delivery when I needed the parcel TODAY!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I loved ASOS, however this was my last purchase with them. I think that I don’t have to describe more, as everyone has the same experience with ASOS’s deliver partner Gnewt. It is three days and I still didn’t get my parcel redelivered because obviously the first time they even did not try to deliver. I have no clue where my package is as I didn’t get any email or notification. It is very frustrating.

Getting frustrated

They will never learn how to deal with a ‘security door’. I always get ‘not at home’, ‘can’t reach’ and so on but in fact I am at home WAITING. Not to mention their tracking system. Please upgrade, it is 2019.

No delivery and no contact

No delivery and no contact. My order just says 'out for delivery' every day, no reason or update as to why it wasn't delivered the day before. The most basic tracking system, it's like going back in time. Now ASOS have started using them it will put me off from ordering from ASOS again. Certainly won't be using Gnewt again.
