the worst

the worst. I have lost my job. Because I had to get a new uniform for work. I have ordered on Saturday. I have paid the 6£ service of next day delivery. And on Monday at 17: 30 I couldn't go to work because I hadn't received my package.

Even does not deserve a 1 star!

Does not even deserve a 1 star!
ASOS order, apparently, not the only one with this issue: FAILURE TO DELIVER
I have waited 2 days for a delivery. Everyday I have received every a text message confirming the date of the delivery which was a failure both days.
Their app shows the excuses for failure to deliver:
28/05/2019 17:48:24 Business Closed DEPOT: BOW|DOOR: OTHER|
29/05/2019 17:02:53 No Access DEPOT: BOW|DOOR: BROWN WOOD|
I am neither a business, nor have a brown door! I don't know where they attempted to deliver but not at my place obviously...

When contacted, ASOS did not provide any help at all: they apparently cannot contact directly this company, nor have access to their tracking system...
They have asked me to wait another day for the delivery to happen which would results of 3 DAY OFF WORK for an Asos delivery!

INSANE. Asos should do something!

I would give 0 star rating if there was…

I would give 0 star rating if there was an option to do so as I don’t think they deserve even 1 star rating.
I've been a loyal ASOS customer for many years and a premier account customer. Since they have changed to gnewt delivery service everything has gone downhill I used to always get my orders on time and now all of a sudden there’s access issues but I have ordered for years without a problem so this can’t be a coincidence. They claimed there was a no access but I was at home the whole day and so was my entire family.
At 9am I received a text letting me know that my order is on the vehicle and ready to be delivered to me by 6pm. I was at home the whole day and so was my family so I would 100% have heard the door or the buzzer ringing.
Then I got a text saying that my order has been delivered I immediately left my house to check if it had been ordered to any of the neighbours to which they said no or if it had been left somewhere. I also called the customer service number and tracked my parcel and they told me to call the next day when the lines are open so they can track my delivery. I suspect that the driver did not do his job properly and he did not attempt to deliver my order because I went through the security camera at the entrance from that same exact time they said they had access issues and I did not see anyone with an ASOS package. I have had the same issue in the past and have emailed ASOS before but I did not receive a response. Their customer service is really disappointing and this new delivery company is very poor and they scamming people by not even doing their job. Asos needs to open investigations to undelivered items as I think most of the drivers are very lazy and clearly they are getting away with it and have done so for this long. The fact that so many people are having the same issue just confirms everything. I will not order from ASOS until they get rid of this gnewt delivery company.

Worst delivery service I have ever had…

Worst delivery service I have ever had the disfortune to use. Firstly a delivery window of 8am-6pm is ridiculous. To then only have an email address to contact customer service, who then reply twice to my emails and decide to completely ignore me after than. I wait then for an hour extra at the delivery location (my work address) to have no help from gnewt who are ignoring me and asos that can't do anything to help at all and just as useless. After no help or information, I go home to then get a notification that the items have been marked as no access, delivered, no access, so no idea if it had arrived or not. Gnewt still ignoring me, asos can't tell me if it is delivered or not and keep telling me I have to wait until the end of day tomorrow. This was ordered next day delivery as needed tomorrow. Will not be ordering from asos ever again if they continue to use this incompetent service.

I have had ASOS premier for years and…

I have had ASOS premier for years and for some terrible reason asos decided to start using GNEWT cargo as one of their couriers. The orders that get assiged to them, are the only orders that have not arrived the next day. Hermes and all the other ones without fail have all arrived on time and I've never had any issues. I've not changed my address or anything but for some reason they seem utterly incapable of delivering parcels to it, they do eventually arrive but I have to chase ASOS and its certainly not the next day or 'premier' service that I pay for. They are discrediting ASOS, avoid at all costs.

Do not order if gnewt are your courier

As every other review has mentioned this delivery service is the worst. After Hermes I didn’t think about her courier could be worse. - I was wrong. Nothing to update me in the order give any reason why this was delayed. If you want your order from ASOS to arrived, you better order over £50 so you get a reliable legitimate courier service.

ASOS, please DITCH this rubbish company!

I've been a loyal ASOS customer for many years and a premier account customer. I recently ordered a number of items from ASOS expecting them to come next day (as they used to) but Gnewt claimed there was a "Security Door" preventing entry to the property - I was in, as was the concierge, who is there for most of the day (and during the time the Gnewt delivery person claimed to have arrived) - all that they had to do was RING THE BUZZER. Useless! Why are ASOS using this company? They're "eco-friendly" but that's because their vans are INVISIBLE as are their personnel. You can't event ring them or contact them (especially on Saturdays). DON'T even bother! ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! I'm so disappointed that ASOS associate with this useless company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

My last two orders with ASOS have had issues with this new delivery company. On the first occasion the parcel was expected on Saturday (I waited home all day for the parcel-essentially wasting my time) and I only received the parcel on Monday. I needed those items for Saturday evening...

Second time was today, the company said the parcel had been delivered. I looked everywhere in the building for the parcel and nothing. I checked out the window as soon as I got the message saying it had been delivered and there was no one outside. I needed the items for tonight.

Once again so disappointed on ASOS and why they would choose this company as their partner. Never had issues when DPD did the deliveries.

This has made my experience with ASOS beyond disappointing. I cannot count on them anymore.

Beyond terrible

Beyond terrible. No working tracking system, terrible communication, had to submit a Stone Age form for redelivery and it wasn’t actioned anyway. I have been told that my parcel is out for delivery on three separate days and now it still hasn’t arrived! It is ten days late, ASOS have said that it has been returned to them, but Gwent still tell me they will redelivery it.

Raging!

Definitely puts me off ordering from ASOS.

Gnewt are the worst delivery service…

Gnewt are the worst delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. Lengthy delivery slots (e.g. 8am to 6pm), parcel tracking that seems to update once every 36 hours, delivery instructions completely ignored and total inability to actually deliver any parcels.

I’ve had two separate ASOS orders that were supposed to be delivered by Gnewt. I paid for next day delivery for both but never received either as the driver allegedly had no access to deliver the packages and after three days of apparent delivery attempts returned the packages to the ASOS warehouse. I say “alleged” and “apparent” as with both deliveries my partner or I plus the Estate Officer were available throughout the day to accept the parcels but no attempts at delivery were made. I’m yet to see a Gnewt van. Perhaps they’re environmentally friendly because they don’t actually leave the depot.

Thanks to Gnewt a birthday present didn’t arrive in time and a dress for a special event was returned to ASOS only to be sold out on the website so unavailable to be ordered again. I will not be using ASOS or any other company with a Gnewt delivery contract again. Trying to receive a delivery from Gnewt is an exercise in frustration and fruitlessness. One star is too generous.

Would've given 0 stars if I could

Would've given 0 stars if I could. What can I say... they had one job to deliver my ASOS parcel and failed miserably. No help from Gnewt or ASOS.

Guess ASOS will have to cope with me not ordering stuff from them every week :)

I had the displeasure of my ASOS…

I had the displeasure of my ASOS delivery being sent by Gnewt. I had Saturday delivery, with no time slot given when I checked tracking status in the evening it stated ‘no access’ well this was impossible as I was home (as well as others and my direct neighbour). Redelivey was on Monday, despite saying ‘delivered’ there was no parcel and no calling card or information on the tracking as to where it was delivered to. ASOS was not much help saying they were checking with the courier. 4 days later a distant neighbour delivered the package. It would have been nice to be told where my package was delivered to so I could collect it.

I like the idea of the company for central London using electric vans, but the service was super poor. I buy from ASOS due to their premier delivery service but I will not buy from them again while this courier service exists.

Extremly bad service

Extremly bad service
Ordered from Asos on Sunday, for next day delivery as my holidays were starting on Friday, and I just wanted to have everything ready in advance.
Eventually got my parcel on late afternoon Thursday, every singe day I was in contact with Asos in regards to this, and Gnewt keept sending me message saying it is going to be delivered today, and then that it was delivered, but next day again the same story, just unacceptable.
Do not ever recommend.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Ordered next day delivery from ASOS. Stayed in to receive the package and the tracking told me no access. The next day I waited in again to receive the already late package. NOTHING arrived. No one informed me, no updates ,the tracking is all wrong and ASOS doesn’t want to get involved. This is so embarrassing for both companies and this experience will start to effect business any minute. I know I will not be shopping with asos again.

Worst delivery company ever.

Failed to deliver to my ASOS parcel even though I was home all day. When I checked tracking it said NO ACCESS. All they had to do is ring my doorbell on my flat so I could buzz them through yet no attempt was made. I have never had an issue with the other carriers. I believe they had made no attempt in the first place to make a delivery. I have no idea why ASOS changed to such a terrible company. From this site it seems that a lot of customers have been having the same issue.
