Absolutely useless
Same story as everyone else really. Paid for next day delivery, 2 days and 2 delivery attempts later it still hasn't arrived! Apparently issues with access but did the lazy driver bother to call me, of course not that would be sensible. Completely useless, avoid this lot if you can and pray that I get my parcel this year!
Failed to deliver to 24 hour concierge....
I work in an office with a concierge and received a notification that Gnewt failed to deliver my parcel. I have never had this before and on the same day and time Hermes managed to successfully drop off their parcel to the reception.
I have paid for next day delivery as this is for a holiday, if Gnewt fail to deliver in time with 3 days spare i will feel completely let down by their company and ASOS too.

absolute s#!? heap of a company, I paid for next day delivery and no word on whether my package will arrive. it's been 4 days and their parcel tracking still hasn't updated from saying it's been dispatched.
I do hope they go bust if this is their level of competency, especially considering all the other reviews.

Ah first review of the year for Gnewt..
Honestly before, I had not one bad word as they have never failed when a delivery has been planned. BUT... TODAY..... I ordered something for next day delivery, I receive an email at 8:32am saying it will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. YAY GO ME!... not.
3pm: "Hmmmm... wheres my parcel? Let's track it..."
"Attempted delivery at 8:24am; no access" NO ACCESS?!?!! the address is on the main road? Did they even go Specsavers? Is this driver being lazy and not being bothered to do his job?
I tried to call several times and it literally just rung out. Spoke to the company I actually ordered from and they said they will try and arrange for my items to be re-delivered today but can't promise anything.
4:30pm: I sent an email to Gnewt. No response.
Called back the company I ordered from and they said that Gnewt customer services is closed on the weekends and if my parcel doesn't come today then I must wait until Monday for a next delivery slot.
MONDAY?!!! I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT A COAT TO KEEP ME WARM IN THIS CUTTING COLD!!!
I am fuming. I paid for next day delivery and its looking like I paid for 3.
Gnewt needs to be abolished. (DX so do you! I have seen what you're capable of aswell.)

DPD delivered a separate ASOS order of mine to my office only an hour ago! This is clearly a pattern, not sure this company actually make Saturday deliveries. ASOS really need to reconsider this partnership!!

Im not sure they even attempted delivery - no card was left and no email was sent. I had to chase the tracking number to find my parcel was returned to sender.
For a 'next day' delivery service I have waited almost a month for some form of resolution on my order.
If DPD, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes etc can all deliver to my flats then Gnewt should be no different.

Made an ASOS order which was sadly being delivered by these incompetent bunch. They would send me notifications saying my parcels would arrive today, so I would sit home and wait patiently, only for them to send me another notification late in the afternoon that they’ve missed me. How could this be when I was home when this happened?! Further they would state that I’ve been “carded” which is also a blatant lie.
Awful awful service. I truly cannot comprehend how a company like this is still out there and how big brands like ASOS are using them when they’re clearly not up for the job!
CUSTOMERS BEWARE
CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I was supposed to receive my lookfantastic delivery in 2-3 days - it's now been 2 weeks and no sign of it. Delivery was to central London. The tracking says the job has been loaded and unloaded 4x. I don't know what the issue is but service is clearly very unprofessional and incompetent. Either that or the package is now stolen and the tracker fraudulent.

Wow, I don't know where to start with this one. I placed an order on the 18th for a 24-hour service and received my item on the 23rd. I called in to check up on my order and my call was rejected by the operator. Once I did manage to get through the operator sounded as if her mind had checked out a week ago but her body was still at work.
I was assured I would get my order on the day I called but conveniently the driver's van broke down so he had to take my parcel back to the depot.
Poor, poor service. I expect more from a company who is in a competitive race against other courier giants, especially in a place like London.
No Delivery, No Explanation
I placed an order for 2 items from Look Fantastic on 24/06/2017 and paid extra for next day delivery, it is now the 30/06/2017 and the items still have not arrived, I have spoken to Look Fantastic who have informed me that Gnewtcargo haven't provided a reason for non delivery.
In the mean time I would like to Thank Look Fantastic for refunding the cost of next day delivery and at their own discretion re-ordering the items I ordered to be delivered for 03/07/2017 at no extra cost.
Hopefully Look Fantastic will use a different courier in the future
Terrible, awful company.
Tracked my parcel online, and firstly it was returned as the driver ran out of time (unacceptable really). My order then proceeded to vanish, and despite ringing four times and filling out an email query nobody got in touch with me to explain where my package had gone. I asked the customer services representative to put me through to someone else and she explained that she did not have direct contact with the warehouse team. She allegedly passed my details on but no-one ever called back or responded to my email complaint. Four weeks later my parcel arrived with no explanation where it had been in the meantime. This was supposed to be a next-day delivery, and was urgently required, which appeared to be meaningless to Gnewt Cargo.
Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely abysmal service, incompetent staff - avoid like the plague
These clowns should be avoided at all costs. I used them briefly from my business, but rather than collect and drop off packages as they were booked (for specific days) they seemed to save it all up and do it all in one go - presumably so they could save money by only doing one trip to my place of business a week.
As they to collect on Monday I found it completely unacceptable that they didn't show up until Wednesday, which has a knock on effect for my clients and when I've told them to expect the package. I've had to refund clients in the past because this awful service delayed delivery so much. They have also lost packages, after collecting them late.
Every time i have spoken to them i was told a different story. They just lie to you to get you off the phone - and don't ever expect them to call you back. They say they will, but they won't. Ever.
Truly a disgraceful business - they should be embarrassed at providing such a poor level of service. It borders on criminal.
