Exceptional service
Exceptional service. From the point of ordering to delivery was easy and well executed. Delivery driver was pleasant and had the time to make sure it was securely in my house.
Product was excellent and packaged correctly to stop damage to the product.

Nothing has arrived yet
Nothing has arrived yet. The tracking information doesn't work. I have called twice (separate weeks), been told they'd chase with the courier and get back to me and they still haven't called with an update. Certainly won't be using them again at this rate. I expect better for a paid delivery service. And to make it worse, this was needed urgently!!

Can’t complain one bit. Order arrived one week after dispatch, which was good with current shipping problems to Northern Ireland. Product was exactly as how described and easy to lay. Will use them again if I plan for future projects.

Speedy delivery.
Good Quality & Price. Bought Sandringham 40m/m. Arrived by normal courier within 2 days. Well wrapped. Phoned first to check stock and delivery. Very efficient.
U pins do the job of securing, but the green paint comes off when you mallet them in, however the 40 m/m grass covers them.

SCAMMED, HALF OF ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE, WILL NOT GIVE REFUND OR REPLACE
Only half of what I ordered turned up, ordered some grass and some pins, pins never arrived, grass is damaged with thick lines through it so is unusable. Contacted them 3 weeks ago and again this week to attempt to get a refund or a replacement, no contact back from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE!
