Quick service but the quality is not great.

Excellent product, reasonably priced.

Prompt delivery. Clear communication throughout. Very good price. No issues whatsoever. Ordered Bahamas to cover a small area for children's play. Seems to be doing well so far.

Every thing was ok until delivery, confirmed delivery 5th, turned up on the 3rd no pre notification, were on site working out back of property, no phone call , card left to say delivery failed, try again on 5th, I phoned delivery company to ask driver to phone as we would be out the back of property and could not hear door bell, went to front door to hang sign on door and found card on floor delivery failed.
Eventually recieved delivery same day after further phone call to office.
I think logistics should be looked at, whose paying for all the extra costs, obviously the customer, either higher delivery charges.
I hope this comment does not go un noticed, as I have spent valuable time to bring this to your notice, just one phone call from delivery driver could reduce your carbon footprint and save money.

it was just two days late on delivery

Delivery was delayed by just over 1 week and communication was very poor, just begun to lay the grass this weekend so cannot review performance of the product yet. The delivery driver was excellent though he went above and beyond to assist in the delivery of the grass, if it weeent for his help we’d never have got the delivery into our back garden.

Perfect. Quick delivery the artificial grass is on a roll so its simple to roll out. 5* and cheap but not cheap to look at

Excellent company! Product is amazing! I ordered a sample of sandringham grass and I liked the look of it that I wanted it. Was a little concerned that it may take a while due to Covid delivery timescales, but I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday - fantastic! I fitted this myself on my existing lawn, as I did a bathroom refit and had dumped the entire rip out into our garden which required an 8 yard skip - and it was full! Consequently, there was no grass after it sat there for a year. I levelled the garden mud pile(!) with a whacker plate, installed a weed membrane over that, secured with U pins, and then cut the sandringham grass into the space. Absolutely fantastic! I definitely recommend this company. And I got a 10% discount too!

Nice quality. Delivered speedily and well packed. Colour not too 'artificial' looking and at a distance blends with the natural product.
