I love GobyMeds!! The customer service is excellent!! The ordering and reordering process is super easy! My medication arrived quickly approximately packaged. The ice packs were still frozen and the medication was properly insulated. I have lost 20 pounds so far, so I will definitely be sticking with them for the rest of my weight loss journey!!:)

Slow customer service
At first, they are so quicto respond any questions. After I purchased gp-1 injection medication, I had hard tito measure and put right dose of med in syringe so I needed help badly, but no response after 1 day. Very frustrating. I trusted customer service is good . But only before you buy
