We must address your accusation of "SCAM." This Order was a floating rate exchange. This means the final amount received is based on the market rate when the transaction is processed and confirmed on the blockchain, which can differ from the initial estimate due to market volatility.

Money is stuck
I initiated an order to change of a large amount of USDT into ETH on October 6th. I followed the instructions and transfered usdt on the address provided by the godex. Godex still holds my usdt on this address and I neither got my ETH back, nor my usdt back. Support is not replying to my emails at all. It's already stuck for 14 days!!!
REPLY TO MY EMAILS I AM READY TO PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTS TO GET MY ASSETS BACK.

Good service, but...
Although I have once again a swap that is stuck right now I can vouch for Godex, I've been using this service for a long time and I never had bigger issues with it. So why only 3 stars? Like every 4th or 5th swap just gets stuck and you need to contact Godex via e-mail. Within a few hours or a day they will fix it and you'll receive your funds, but especially if we talk about bigger swaps it's very annoying to wait that long. They used to have a live chat if you need support, sadly it's not available anymore. I will change my rating to 4 stars once I receive my funds of my latest swap, and I will change it to 5 stars if they bring back live support. It's just a huge downside since swaps getting stuck quite often and unlike competitor services you need up to 24 hours to reach someone who fixes it manually. However, besides this it's a great service.
Edit: My Swap was finished manually now, therefore I edited my rating to 4 stars - as I said, I have a lot trust into Godex, still the Live Chat needs to come back for 5 stars
