Previous rating: I paid the correct amount (approx. 1000 €) with over 150 Sat immediately. The transaction has already been confirmed several times and Godex does not recognize the payment. Accordingly, I have not received my payout.

Missing coin after "completed" exchange
Last night I did my first ever exchange with godex, it was taking longer than normal but everything seemed to be on track so I let it finish on it's own while I went to bed. This morning I woke up to my transaction being "completed" but the money is not in my wallet and the hash number isn't coming up with anything when I search. I'm extremely concerned and can't seem to get in contact with their support team.

Lies about anonymity of exchange and stole my money.
Their homepage promotes this mission statement:
"Inspired by the original idea of cryptocurrency, we believe that anonymity is an inalienable right of our users. No registration or providing personal data on Godex." and yet they didn't process my exchange (for what is a significant amount of money for our business) and requested KYC information, also refusing a refund. I reluctantly followed their 2 steps they outlined in form of photo proof of identity. This is the only email they responded to immediately and then requested information on our client (source of the funds), which is ludicrous considering this is just an online purchase of service from our legitimate registered business and now they have essentially stolen our funds, which will leave me in extremely hot water with higher ups once I have to make them aware of this. I have no worries that the funds will be recovered as soon as our lawyers get in touch with them, but this should have been a simple exchange. Terrible service, do not use unless you want to risk never seeing your funds again.
To re-iterate: Opened an exchange for funds received for a project, order wasn't processed, directed to email their support who requested KYC (after the transaction was conducted under the guise of no KYC requirement), submitted their required photo proof of ID, they acknowledged this and then asked for information on our client for the source of funds, someone who is completely anonymous to us as a online-only transaction for a digital service, provided information anyway and have since been ignored, all while our funds are held hostage.
Edit: Following their response, nothing has changed, asking for information that doesn't exist because of the nature of the source of funds being a payment to myself on behalf of my company, I have provided absolutely everything asked for where is physically possible.
Following AML regulations is fine (your anonymity claims aside), but when I have complied in the way you requested, only to be ignored for a long period of time until you saw my review here and still refusing to simply refund me rather than process the exchange, that is not a requirement of AML compliance, you are quite literally thieves.
