Support is slow

Edit :

Finally they solved the problem. I gave an AVAX network address and they instantly sent to.

So now a 4 stars review for not being a scam :), but they have to improve their support.

Thanks anyway for doing the job.

Dear Brad,
Thank you for updating your review!
We have responded to your request by e-mail b***o@gmx.com however, unfortunately, we did not receive a response - please check the spam folder in your email client. The processing of your order is delayed due to the fact that the provided address is not valid for the AVAX network - it corresponds to the BSC network. I've used GodEx a small number of times and have been very pleased with them. When there was an issue, GodEx customer rep quickly fixed and gave me substantially more than I should have received. I'm very happy with their great customer service; so very Recommended!
