Don't order here, you won't get your product and you won't get your money back

I’ve bought an iPhone 16 pro max the 02/03/25 after seeing the positive reviews. 1200€ of nothing. I’ve only received a confirmation email from the “shop” and that’s all. After a few days I’ve texted to the customer service and I got a very odd and rude answer from Brian. After a few other emails he started not responding back so I contacted Revolut and after 64 days today I’ve finally received my refund even though they tried to re-confirm the order.
Shame on you!

If minus starts were even possible, then Goedkoopbenelux definitely deserves it or even worst scores!!!!
6th Mar: order for I phone 16 pro 256GB placed, payment made
7th Mar: mailed to confirm payment well received-- confirmed by Brian & informed delivery 1 week. 1 week later tracking # would be shared.
10th Mar: mailed again for tracking #, Brian informed he'd share on 11th.
11th Mar: mailed for tracking again & nothing heard ever since. Looked up more info online and found out he is a total scammer. Police report, ACM, Fraudehelpdesk all done.
Mailed some more and called for almost 100 times -- absolutely nothing at all.
14th Mar: dropped by at his office, no one was there only office full of boxes/packages.
It turned out he was taken into police custody on 13/14 Mar and was only released on 30th Mar allegedly.
Mailed and some more demanding my money back and he said he would fix it in a week. Legally speaking, 14 days of refund period has passed.
3rd Apr: dropped by his office again. How surprisingly our dear Brian was there and parked his fancy Audi on the side of the road instead of at parking lot designated for office renters. Knocked on the door, demanding my money back! Of course he tried to explain saying he doesn't have money to pay back now and his asset is frozen which I wonder what he as done to deserve this. Dearest Brian said NO ONE has ever got their money back by showing up at his office....Allegedly heard from other online platform, someone booted Brian's fancy Audi and got their full refund!!
To sum up -- he claimed he would pay back by 17 pm 11th Apr. Let's see!

Scam! Don't order Here, ordered an XBOX X series in January and after 120 email and extortion tries from Brian, nothing arrived and nobody answers anymore!!!

I ordered an iPhone on 11 March 2025 for €1,125 and never received it. The seller doesn't respond to emails, calls, or messages. Many others have had the same experience – this is a fraudulent website. A Facebook group with over 1,500 victims confirms it. Do not buy from goedkoopbenelux.nl!

I bought a thermostat and was never contacted about the shipping tracking code. I sent them emails and got no answer. Feeling like a scam

I got scammed over an expensive item. Thankfully my bank was able to get my money back. I URGE YOU TO AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!

These people are unprofessional and their service is totally disappointing. I paid €1190 for an iPhone which suppose to be delivered in a week time. It’s been now two weeks and I haven’t received my order. The worst part is they don’t answer their phone, the chat messages I sent or their email. Zero update about my order and No return of the money I paid. They left me no choice but to go to the police and my bank. I’m not ruling out exposing their disgusting service on social media.

Like other clients, I confirm this is a scam. Since February 21, no news, no delivery, no customer service, no email.. Avoid!!

This shop is run by a known scammer. His name is Amarsingh, not Brian. As of this moment, he is in jail on suspicion of massive fraud with his many shops.

There is a group in Facebook helping people get their money back. Search for ti-84shop help.

I’ve ordered iPhone 16 pro max a week ago. Unfortunately I did not check comments on trustpilot before that.
I’ve tried all possible variants to contact sailer, but did not succeed….no response at all.
Last chance is to get some response over here.

I have returned the product intact but no refund. They do not react to emails or messages

Unfortunately, I've been scammed on this website. What had to be super fun experience getting a new Iphone 16 Pro turned into my worst nightmare. Problems started right after ordering, where I had to send an email asking for an ETA when my order would be delivered, since the confirmation email did not have that information. They said it will be delivered within one week. I did not get my phone for 45 days. Brian had given me his word a number of times that I'd get my phone delivered "within a day", "a week", "after the weekend" etc. Due to this I ended up in a situation where I had travel abroad with a broken old phone. They did not deliver so I had to ask to cancel my order and refund my money. It's been 30 days now. They've been promissing to refund me for a number of times, yet have not done that. I had to hire a 3rd party to consult me how to get my money back. The way the situation has been dealt with is incredibly wrong.

Avoid at all cost, complete scam. You won't see neither your order, nor your money back. Until you check in, they won't even care notifying you about the "delays". Most likely some sort of "Brian" will keep promising you that they will send the order in the next couple of days. This goes on and on in circles.

I have purchased an iPhone from this company. It was nowhere indicated the supplier, only after payment I could see that supplier is a bankrupt company that has done many scamms. I have informed Brian from goedkoopbenelux but the support was useless - they kept saying it’s fine after one, two, three weeks no delivery, no refund, no clarity from the company only promises

After an order placed 1 month ago, nothing arrives. After soo many e-mails the refund didn't arrive.... Don't buy from this company. I don't know if I can have my money back....

Buyers be warned. I bought an iPhone from this retailer, thinking that it’s an extremely good price. Then, shortly after paying for it, I noticed that none if the (alleged) links that confirms my purchase history were working (aka “Pages Not Found”). When I contacted the customer service, they said it’s because they updated the website. I am expressed my anxiety of the purchased, asked to cancel the order for me via the customer service email. A customer service rep wrote back, saying that I would get my money back in 3 business days. It’s been a week and I see no evidence of my order cancel, no evidence of my refund status, nothing. The customer rep only tells me that they will update me - but without the actual info. I called the number in the correspondence with this rep. However, NOTHING. The number doesn’t even exist. I am now starting to doubt that this place is a legitimate business.

If you ever try get your money back, good luck! Because I aint having any.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro from this website in November 2024 (order #3814) for a total of 895 euros, paid via bank transfer. (as confirmed through the Dutch Chamber of Commerce), acknowledged the cancellation of my order but has not refunded me as of March 2, 2025.

Further investigation revealed that this individual has previously been convicted for similar fraudulent practices. (e.g., with the website Ti 84). Many other customers report identical experiences: unfulfilled promises, no delivery, and delayed or non-existent refunds.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this site. If you encounter issues, do not hesitate to report this fraud to the authorities.

Unfortunately, I am forced to remove the links to my email exchanges with the seller and to a relevant article about his fraudulent activities, as Trustpilot threatens to censor my review at the scammer’s request.

Ik heb in november 2024 een iPhone 15 Pro besteld via deze website (bestelnummer #3814) voor een bedrag van 895 euro, betaald via bankoverschrijving. Ondanks de beloftes op de website over snelle levering heb ik het product nooit ontvangen. Na meerdere contactpogingen bevestigde de verkoper, geregistreerd onder de naam A. B. (zoals bevestigd via de Kamer van Koophandel), de annulering van mijn bestelling, maar ik heb op 02.03.2025 nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Uit onderzoek blijkt dat deze persoon eerder is veroordeeld voor vergelijkbare frauduleuze praktijken (bijvoorbeeld met de website Ti 84). Veel andere klanten melden ook soortgelijke ervaringen: niet nagekomen beloftes, geen levering en vertraagde of ontbrekende terugbetalingen.

Ik raad sterk af om iets bij deze website te bestellen. Mocht u problemen ondervinden, aarzel niet om deze fraude bij de autoriteiten te melden.

Helaas ben ik gedwongen de links naar mijn e-mailcorrespondentie met de verkoper en een artikel over zijn frauduleuze activiteiten te verwijderen, omdat Trustpilot dreigt mijn recensie op verzoek van de oplichter te censureren.

J'ai commandé un iPhone 15 Pro sur ce site en novembre 2024 (commande #3814) pour un montant de 895 euros, payé par virement bancaire. Malgré les promesses de livraison rapide affichées sur le site, je n’ai jamais reçu le produit. Après plusieurs relances, le vendeur, enregistré sous le nom d’A. B. (données confirmées auprès de la Chambre de Commerce néerlandaise), a confirmé l'annulation de ma commande, mais ne m'a toujours pas remboursé au 2 mars 2025.

Des recherches ont révélé que cette personne avait été condamnée dans le passé pour des pratiques frauduleuses similaires (par exemple, avec le site Ti 84). De nombreux autres clients signalent également des expériences identiques : promesses non tenues, absence de livraison et remboursements retardés ou inexistants.

Je vous déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site. En cas de problème, n'hésitez pas à contacter les autorités pour signaler cette fraude.

Hélas, je suis contrainte de supprimer les liens vers mes échanges avec le vendeur et un article pertinent sur ses activités frauduleuses, car Trustpilot menace de censurer mon avis à la demande de l'escroc.

First time using Goedkoopbenelux everything went perfectly fine, placed order on Saturday goods delivered Tuesday morning, I will definitely be using them again

The website is a scam. They never sent me the order and the customer support is just trying to make you forget about your order and money. Its about one month that they keep refusing to refund my money. They've asked my IBAN 3 times!

I reviewed their info, the physical address is fake and belongs to a residential house and not a business. The receiver bank account is not under their name.

Do not believe the fake 5 Star reviews as they are all fake. Never risk your money and time by purchasing from their website.
