Ordered garmin fenix 7 pro in the evening, next day delivered. very good price

I bought a Sonos speaker from this webside in the 15 of January. I mailed them to know when the order will be delivered and according to them I should had received it the week after. My order till now hasn't been received. I received ridiculous replies from a guy called " Brian" promising that he will provide the track number day by day.
I have claimed my money back from them but they don't give anything. Has anyone made a report to the police? Are there chances if we collect our cases and forward them to the police they might proceed with an investigation.

De Iphone 15 256gb op 29 november besteld, maar na zelf contact te hebben gezocht bleek dat deze weken niet leverbaar was. Uiteindelijk besloten om voor de duurdere iPhone 16 te gaan, want deze was wel ‘direct leverbaar’. Eindstand: na een heleboel e-mail reminders bleek op 6 januari dat ook deze nog steeds helemaal niet beschikbaar was. Dezelfde dag mijn geld teruggevraagd en, na een aantal loze beloftes, op 26 januari mijn geld terug.

Dus, wil jij 2 maanden wachten om vervolgens alsnog met lege handen te staan, aanrader! Bedankt klantenservice voor de fijne hulp!

I ordered the iPhone 15 256gb on November 29, but after reaching out myself it turned out that it was out of stock for weeks. Eventually I decided to go for the more expensive iPhone 16, as they told me this one was available immediately. After many e-mail reminders it turned out that also this phone was not available. On the same day, January 6, I requested a refund. Again after many false promises, I received my refund on January 26.

So, do you wish to wait for your order for 2 months to still be left empty-handed, order here! Thank you, customer service, for the great assistance!

I ordered a phone in the mid of October. On their web-site it was claimed it will be shipped in 1-2 days. I was waiting 3 weeks asking few time a week about current stage of my order. After 3 weeks of waiting I asked to return my money back. It was about 10th of November. And I still did not get it: I’m waiting for refund for 2.5 months. Initially they told there were some technical problems on their side and they’re fixing it. Then the problem was fixed, and they assured me the money will come to my bank account next days. It repeated a lot of time: I call/chat them, they assure me the refund is on its way, sometimes asking me to give them my IBAN (I already shared it 4 or 5 times). Now my e-mails are ignored, chat is also ignored. During last phone call they again promised the money will be refunded. And then nothing…. I really do not recommend to deal with this company. It makes more sense to add a bit more to the amount you’re ready to spend and go to, for example, Amazon instead.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I placed an order for the PlayStation 5 nearly one year ago, and not only have I not received my PlayStation, but I also got no refund.

I have reached out multiple times via email and phone, but all I get are vague responses and assuring I will have my money back for 14. Days. But no action!! till now I have not received my money back

Terrible Experience: No iPhone 15 Pro and No Refund After 3 Months!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I placed an order for the iPhone 15 Pro nearly three months ago, and not only have I not received my phone, but I also got no refund.

I have reached out multiple times via email and phone, but all I get are vague responses and assuring I will have my money back for two months. But no action!!

This is a network of scam webshops by one guy (who calls himself Brian). I purchased PS5 more than a year ago and still got nothing. It’s a well-known scammer, so never NEVER buy anything from here.

I ordered the phone on December 9th, but it has not been delivered yet. They answer at the post, on the phone too, but no result! These are 100% scammers! Don't order anything here! They promised to refund the money, and they dropped a fake refund receipt. I'm not going to wait any longer, I'm writing a statement to the police. I am a person from another country, but fortunately I work in an influential company with people who can help!

The price was competitive, the delivery was pretty quick, the order was as expected, and the support service provided comprehensive information.

Item was as described and arrived earlier than I had expected.

It unfortunately took nearly 2 months to get my iPhone despite promise on the site that it would be dispatched in 10 days. I finally got it after 1 month and a half. I was calling regularly and give 2 iso 1 for the employee behavior which was professional and polite. Thank you for that

I’ve been buying on the internet since humans can buy stuff on the internet. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism… I placed an order on the 29th of November for a sonos amp. A debit was made to gadgetfreakzz.nl (ti84shop.nl). After getting absolutely no feedback, I reached out via their chat, they kept on pushing back (« we will update you tomorrow », « we will update you on monday »,..). They never managed to provide the status of my order. It has now been cancelled and I’m now waiting for a refund.

Livraison dans les délais, produit conforme et très bien emballé. Je recommande cette société.

Bought a mobile, never received...never reimbursed. Tons of emails and phone calls. Always replies from Brian excusing himself and committing to reimburse this week, tomorrow..tonight. Now we have reached the 4th month, and he still commits to reimburse tomorrow, next 12hrs. BTW the website is just the new version of gadgetfreakz.nl that was recently closed.
Lost my money! Police claim filed, hope that the website will be closed asap.

I have ordered a garden items for about 150 euros on 17th July 2024 .
Till now neither the product has been delivered nor the company shared any shipping details . Even after a several follow ups at every biweekly emails and calls, they mentioned that they will deliver however they also lost the order details, my address and also the product which I ordered . This is a fraudulent website cheating people and giving false informations . I lost my money and do not trust this website or this company “ goedekoopbenelux” anymore .

They try to buy positive reviews offering 5 euros as a cash back, but don't really give you 5 euros. Just a scam to boost reviews on trustpilot.
The order was delivered in a good condition though.
