It is an incredible experience when you order the phone (iPhone) and they keep feeding you with promises that it will be delivered first „next week“ again and again then „over the weekend“ again and again and then cancel the order!!! It‘a waste of time and extremely disappointing experience. Not sure what they are after (maybe just personal data theft), in any case don’t waste your time and order somewhere else. Gladly would I gather other similar experiences for collective legal actions.Please feel encouraged to give your feedback and get in touch.

I orderd a iPhone 15 and it did not arrive cancel it but I did not get my money back going to the police and I am going to take seriously steps to make them pay for this

On time delivery. Well informed by email about every step, the package arrived in good state. I recommend to everyone!

One star is even too much. Pure scam! Roundup (150€) never arrived. I wrote many mails, and "Brian" keeps saying "it will arrive this week", "what is your address", "what is your tracking number", "we will fix this". Of course, I asked for refunding, without success. DO NOT BUY THERE! DO NOT PAY WITH DEBIT CARD!

The respond was fast, to cancel the order. After I have ordered an Xbox series x. Unfortunately would have arrived as I wished, as it was a present for a birthday.
But the communication is been very fast and clear and the order was cancel asap.

I ordered an iPhone from this website and never received the product. When I asked for a refund, all they did was stall with excuses and fake promises. It's obvious now that this is a scam operation. I'm preparing a case with my attorney to take legal action against them. If anyone else has been scammed by this site, let's build a case together and put a stop to these fraudsters. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

The website promises next day delivery but it's been 4 days and I still haven't received my product. This is something I needed urgently, otherwise I would have ordered it from another supplier.
Only after contacting them via the Chat have I received any information.

Update: I received my order on Wednesday via PostNL. Customer service contacted me today, 5th October 2024, to apologise for the delay, and to confirm if I had received the product. In addition, I received €10 in compensation, which was greatly appreciated, and I would like to say thank you for this gesture.

Clear scam!!!! Run away, they just stole 200€ from me! Never received my product, and never received an answer to my emails. They’re writing fake positive reviews.
