Highly recommend GoFax, cheap and very effective
Only just got it but it seems like it is working perfectly.
The dashboard is easy to navigate and simple to use.
The price for receiving faxes was far cheaper than anything else we had seen so it seems like good value.
I used the chat help function and the person was quick and concise.
Not much else you can ask for really.
We swapped from Crazydomains due to an extremely poor customer service request and glad we did as this is 1/10 of the cost and works very well.

Excellent digital fax solution after NBN installed
Since losing my business fax line after the installation of the NBN I needed a digital fax solution and I'm glad I found GoFax. The customer service person was very friendly and informative. I was sent detailed information to guide me through every step of the process. The set up was surprisingly quick and easy, and I will actually save money.

The GoFax team were not only accommodating but when beyond our expectations to ensure we met timelines and all contractual obligations.
