GoFax team promptly responded to all questions we had in relation to their infrastructure hosting including any questions we had regarding different plans. Hannah been very helpful during account setup and configuration to ensure we don't hit any issue in relation to the configuration.

Clive was a great help in leading me through how to do this. It is just a shame that there was a problem with data that was loaded & it had to be reloaded. On doing a large fax out like this the reporting side of things eg being about to sort quickly what numbers failed against the original list needs to be made easier.

Great Service
The porting process was fast and straightforward. Faxes began coming through our email about five minutes after the scheduled porting was due to take place. We were surprised by how simple the process was, and also impressed with how much more convenient it is to receive faxes this way.
Staff at Gofax were really helpful and welcomed us right from the start. Very happy with the service.
