Great broker service from Lauren & Hayley - they kept me up to date through out the re-mortgage process and explained any queries I had. The portal was easy to use for sharing documents and keeping a track of progress. Overall a professional, friendly and helpful service that I highly recommend and would use again.

Lyndsey prioritised our case and worked tirelessly to ensure that we met very tight deadlines. She was very persistent and made a complex process, seamless! Communication was clear throughout the process and all advisors we worked with, were very knowledgeable and available to support us with our queries.

Lynda and Louise have been amazing throughout! We had some delays from the lender but they kept me informed with each step and were determined to get the mortgage offer. We used Go Finance to do a remorgage on one of our rental properties
The service and communication has been first class and would recommend them and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have been using Go Finance for 6 years now for mortgage and life insurance assistance and I would recommend them 100%.
Every renewal the team have been great by getting in contact with myself and exploring all options available they have even kept in contact when rates change when mortgages not locked in making me feel confident that I know I am getting the best rates around.
The team are really understanding of your personal circumstances and will work with you to get you the best deal - even making you aware your on the best deal atm and advising to not change.
Working with the team was beneficial recently with the mortgage rates peaking as I know a lot of research went into different companies to ensure we could financially afford our new rate.
On an additional note my life insurance was due for renewal at the time I had just given birth to my first newborn, Rachel was a great help getting me a new deal and worked around my timings and my lack or replying whilst dealing with my newborn. The communication was the right amount I needed at the time and I felt I had a massive weight off my shoulders at an intense time.
I have worked with many of the team more recently Rachel and Hayley - the whole team are lovely. There is a real family feel at Go Finance.
