Honestly nothing short of excellence here at GF. My initial conversation with Hayley was so good, I just knew she was my broker, from then on Louise took over our case & was just fantastic. I felt I had an honest, ethical & genuinely ‘cared about’ service from the team.
I also had dealings with Rachel who, again, just another dreamy human. Why is everyone so nice at go finance !!! And why can’t everyone else just work this way. THIS is how it’s done.

As a First time buyer I really appreciated Hayley and her team’s patience, honesty and literally jumped through hoops for me. My mortgage was complex as my income comes from multiple streams and included shared ownership but Go Finance simplified everything for me. The property wasn’t built on time so required a couple of mortgage offer extensions which the team managed for me. Their Protection Specialist Rachel ensured that I had adequate insurance in place, helped me with all of the relevant forms and was so personable throughout. I felt safe in their hands and would highly recommend using them for any mortgage and protection requirements.

Gofinance helped my husband and I find a new 5-year mortgage, and then the insurance policies to go with it. They were really fantastic from start to finish: clear and communicative about our options, always willing to hop on a call, and they even came in early to make sure we got our application in the day before a rate increase - which will make a huge difference. Absolutely worth their fee and I would recommend to anyone.
