I’ve been wanting to replace my horrid bedroom carpet for years, but previous quotes were out of my price range. I saw an ad for Go Flooring with great prices on product and installation AND 0% financing, so I contacted them for an estimate. I was contacted that same day and made an appointment for the following week. Bryce was right on time and very patient as I took my time choosing the flooring I wanted. His app that allowed me see what the flooring would look like in my room was awesome! I received a call two days after we met saying the product had arrived at the warehouse! We scheduled an install appointment for my next day off the following week. The installers were right on time, very professional and they were finished very quickly. I definitely recommend Go Flooring!

They took the time to do the best job with my floors.They were polite and respectful.I would use them for any future projects.

The communication was top notch from beginning to end. The in home consultation was very low pressure. The installation crew was here promptly both days and worked together to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was a big project but they made it seemless. They snapped pictures of my furniture setup before beginning and set everything back up afterwards. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their flooring!

The company rep., Javier, was friendly and easy to talk to, he helped us choose the color closest to what we wanted. We liked that it was an American company, using American manufactured (Mohawk) flooring and Made in the USA sub floor material. The installers spoke limited english so there was no communication with them, but they were professional and worked till 7pm trying to get the job done in a day. They did have to return for two hours in the am to finish and they brought a fourth person who spoke english more fluently. They removed linoleum from the kitchen and carpet from the living room and discovered a height difference of a 1/4" so we had to pay an additional cost to add plywood to the living room and hallway, but the seamless flow has a much better look. Austin was amazing explaining the material and what makes it better. The 3 gentleman that put the flooring did a great job. They even took my desk downstairs and trashed it for me. Just a couple of things after the drying, a few bubbles underneath. They are fixing those now. Overall impressed.

Starting with my first call to Go Flooring I was impressed, they were professional, friendly, responsive and did excellent work. Joe was great to work with during the in-home consultation. Rodrigo and the two guys with him were on time, neat, courteous, did a great job! I love our new floor!!

Go Floorong was real nice experience the installers were wonderful shoot out to Luis, Ivan and there was another gentleman his name escapes right now ask me how would I like the floors laid out ( pattern set ) little dails that installers don't ask but they did anyway I can go on about how excellent the experience was I would be proud to recommend this company and last but certainly not least Joe thank you for coming to my home with such a professional matter you really represent the company much success to you. The men were professional, they did a great job, my floors look great. I have another 2 rooms that need to be done I will surely call Go-flooring when I get to the point where I them done!

Had Go flooring install new flooring in my sunroom and bathroom. From Holly who came with the flooring samples to the office staff online and installers the job went great. The work was done in a very timely manner. Very pleased

What made our experience so positive was a high level of communication, great low pressure sales, great financing, great scheduling team, great install team, great carpenter to prep before floors were installed, and great follow up team to make sure everything was done to our expectation. The customer service was awesome. Tony and his staff did an awesome job with the installation. They were very fast and professional.

I can only rate this company a 2. We were initially told the installers are employees of the company - not true. We wanted samples sent to us before installation- never got them. The first attempt at installation the contractors showed up with the wrong floors. It the took many phone calls, samples finally arrived, prices might be changed from the original contract because product might be different and finally another sales person is sent. So after having already made two payments on the previous contract we were back at square one. We chose a product that supposedly was of higher value than the original, was supposedly brand new but we would get it at the same price. So now new contractors show up with the correct materials but this time they don’t know that the laundry room floor needs to be leveled first. We went ahead and let the work be done. Someone instructed the installation of the laundry room step by step remotely. The work was finished satisfactorily. The work was completed satisfactorily. In speaking with the manufacturer looking for the warranty I learned our floors are not a new product and are not an upgrade from our previous selection. It is never a good idea to buy flooring from the home. Get several offers but go to a flooring store to learn exactly what it is you are being sold. We now have different levels from each room. A true flooring expert would have advised against that. Just be careful with in-home sale only.
