I highly recommend Flooring To Go. Yesterday, August 23, 2023 they sent out a very talented team of professionals. They removed all my furniture. And replaced it after the job was done. They covered the areas with plastic to protect your furniture from the dust. They also cleaned, and vacuumed once they were done And removed all the old flooring they had removed. The floor looks awesome.

They came out on Friday and went over all of my flooring options. I purchased my flooring that night. They came on Wednesday to do the install and I had no power due to a storm. They came back the next day and did the install. They were friendly and professional. They worked hard and fast. They called me after my install was complete to make sure I was happy. I had new floors installed yesterday by Go Flooring. The entire process from them coming out with samples of LVP, measured, gave me total price to be installed took a week. The guys who done the installation were awesome! They showed up promptly on time, replaced the floors in 2 bedrooms, cleaned up everything in about 3 1/2 hrs! Excellent work, professional, courteous, respectful of my property. Go Flooring followed up today to make sure I’m satisfied. They kept me informed of every step that was taken & everything occurred just as they promised, which doesn’t happen much anymore. The salesman that came, Joeville, was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He made sure everything was up to my standards and answered every question I had. I wanted my bonus room and closet carpet ripped up and laminate put down - They came to install the floors the next day and were done in 2 hours! It was a great experience.

They use contracted carpet installers. First ones everything went wrong. Second ones to fix the problem did much better. Small chunk of carpet missing in the bedroom that no one informed us of. Would not recommend them.

I liked the floors. But then I noticed the closet track wasn't put back on and they said there wasn't yes there was .I caught them not putting the moisture barrier under the floor and the guy told me that I didn't need it,but I payed for it .I was told the floors was to be level out..well they were to come back today anytime from 11 to 1 no show no call what a waste of my time and the day they came to do the floors they got here at 1130 and left at 12 for lunch .I won't give any good news to anyone about using them.notice here the last couple days that the floor is going down in couple places you step on it and u are going down.not worth the money plus when I applied for it I was to get 50%off for the summer special didn't get.

I was so pleased with the work done by GO Flooring. The match to my existing floor was almost perfect. I also could not believe how quickly the installers were able to get it finished. I would refer them to anybody needing new floors.

On August 4 2023 we had all new floors put in our kitchen dining area family room down the hall and one bedroom. I have been waiting a long time for this to be done..We call on the Saturday before and the next Friday my house was turned into a new home!! I am so excited for people to come and visit now!! They arrived on Friday August 4 at 9:15 and left at 7:05.. they moved furniture tore up old floors and replaced the floors will all new floors. They were friendly and professional about everything. Great group of guys. The final results are beautiful.

They arrived on time, went straight to work and worked long hours without brakes. They were courteous, friendly, thoughtful, and very customer service oriented. Even though they were from Brazil they have strong work ethics, and always smiling. They completed 3000 ft.² in two days their work is excellent they cleaned up everything, these two fellows were absolutely awesome and did excellent work. I would highly recommend go flooring to all my friends and family. I do have a sister that is moving in the basement of our home, and I will recommend go flooring to her because of the excellent work that was provided in our house . We are so pleased and happy with the work that was completed in our home!! Those two men need add a boys!

My first time getting a entire two story home floor installation. It was the best experience from start to finish. Guys were professional prompt clean and polite. I was told it would take 3 days but they were done in two days.
