If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. More floors were installed on Tuesday , they are fabulous. The customer service from this company start to finish, was exemplary. The product and install were top notch. No high pressure tactics, a small company with a family environment. I highly recommend go flooring.

It is a very good company to work with. I contact them and the very next day a sales representative names Michael came to my house with all the samples and guiding me through my needs. My choice was , luxury vinyl planks for my kitchen and dining room and one week later, my new floors was installed. I am very pleased with the quality of my floors. I highly recommend this company. Very nice sales representative and customer service.

Annette my sales lady came out 10 days ago, and yesterday my floor was installed Kevin. Floors are amazing and crew did great job. There’s a scratch but they’re coming back to repair. Having Annette come back next week for an estimate for the rest of my upstairs. I’ll update to a 5 star review once the scratch is repaired. Again, highly recommend this company! Everyone is nice and friendly! We went with the luxury vinyl plank.
Antonio came out and did the rest of my upstairs in mid February , after a cut water line, Go Flooring footed the repair bills and still did an amazing job!
So much so that yesterday, 4/4/23, I had my downstairs completely done in Mannington Essentials LVP! Highly, highly recommend this NC company! Bill, Sherry, Annette, Kevin, Antonia, Luis and all the crews are amazing people!

I made the right choice!
Go flooring replaced my floor on January the 28th 2023. Carlos and his team were so awesome they made sure it was done right with excellent quality and professionalism. When little things needed to be adjusted or changed Carlos was really good to let me know and they always turned out for a better look to the flooring. You can tell Carlos demands quality with his team and his expectations are high And you can see it in the quality of his work. I would definitely let Carlos and his team do any other floor replacement needs that I have in the future.

I recommend Go Flooring to anyone needing floors. Bryce was our salesman and he was very professional. He worked with us to find a great product that we could afford.
The insulation crew was right on time and done an excellent job laying our floors and they cleaned up afterwards. I'm very satisfied with the job everyone done.
