Everyone that I spoke to at Go Flooring was extremely helpful and very professional. The salesperson explained the advantages of different types of flooring. The installation crew was on time and completed the job, including cleanup, as scheduled. I would recommend Go Flooring to anyone.

From start to finish working with Go Flooring has been great; from their knowledgeable salesperson to the customer service reps, and the professionals whom did the installation, everything was easy. When I start my future basement project they will be only flooring company I will call.

Everything was good until we noticed that the threshold between the dining room and the kitchen was cracked. Do we have any recourse at this point?

The flooring was top notch and the people were great to work with.

The sale representative was awesome. The floor installation was done perfectly.

The installers were courteous and showed me a sample of the flooring I had chose first to be sure it was right. Then they got straight to work removing the old carpet and padding. Checked the condition of the subfloor and scraped and cleaned well before starting the flooring installation. I was amazed at how quick they were, they finished two bedrooms a hallway my living room and dining room in one day. Cleaned up all the scrap and swept up. Then walked around with me to make sure I was happy with their work, we shook hands and they left. A great couple of guys, I would recommend them highly.

Though the whole process was professional, it was easy and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Go Flooring, they took the stress out of process.

Carpet arrived quickly and scheduled immediately. Sales team was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us. Install team was friendly and did a fantastic job. Would recommend anyone needing carpets or new flooring to reach out to them. They even vacuumed each room. I’m really happy with the end result.

The customer service was outstanding I got a quote on a Thursday and the next that Monday installers showed up at the house and installed 5 rooms in one day. The team that did the install those guys were so hardworking men very respectful and I felt as if I needed to leave and run a erron I could trust them in my house the did a really great job and did not half ass or cut any corners with my sinew floors I’m extremely happy with the process at Go Flooring and my salesman Mike did try and push to do more rooms than I wanted he presented me with my options in different flooring and colors and told me what were the best sellers and what he would recommend he really did a great job I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family

Couldn't have asked for a nicer salesperson, AJ was very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. The installers were very efficient and completed three rooms and a hallway in one day, they got rid of the old floor that was torn out and cleaned up afterwards before they left. I would recommend Go Flooring to anyone looking for a change.

I had a great experience with Go Flooring! They refloored my living room and kitchen. Although they were slightly more expensive then some other quotes, I ended up choosing them because of the product quality and lifetime warranty.
