Unfair prices

1600 month or 19 k year where I found much cheeper 340 month rip of and just so unfair you can quote something like that how do you expect someone to pay that so ridiculous

So far just signed up. If things go well, will increase stars. The reason for lower than wanting grading was the cost of insurance and that an older driver with 30 plus years of NCD is also asked to pay excess. Which is strange.

Cancelled policy with no notification

Cancelled policy with no notification! So my partner had a black box and you cancelled her policy with no notification (yes I’ve checked) which led to her being disqualified for no insurance. I have raised a complaint with yourselves and this will be taken to the ombudsman.

Your pre written templates responses shows that you do not care about your customer base, especially when it comes to a faulty black box. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve had a really positive experience…

I’ve had a really positive experience with Go Girl Insurance. The pricing was competitive, the policy details were clear, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Customer service was helpful and responsive whenever I had a question, which made everything stress-free.
