Very cheap insurance which is great for new drivers who don’t want a black box would highly recommend

I'm happy with the insurance and the deal I got from the company.

They still take the money even if the renewal has been cancelled then have the audacity to say it will take 10 days to return it. Took them less than 5 seconds to take it from my account, why does it take 10 days to return it

their customer service is so so - and their website it really S**T

Having used them previously - it took ages to be able to log back in, because it kept registering the old policy which expired about 4 years pre this one

Never using them again

At my age insurance companies seem reluctant to insure me for a second year (no accidents in the meantime) so it was a relief to find Go Girl Insurance was relatively cheaper. Waiting to see what happens in a year's time.

Go Girl to me is a great insurance company. Very reliable, and great quotes . I’ve been with them for around 2-3 months and I’m very happy with their service. I totally recommend it !

Horrible experience. First time i ever used this company even though I’d never heard of them. Last time.

3rd month into a car insurance policy, their direct debit for a premium doesn’t go through. They could have done a second attempt like any other company would, instead they just cancelled the entire policy 7 days later. I offered to pay it manually but they just said no and kept my 3 months’ deposit - a massive profit! Stay away from this company, there are plenty of other trustworthy choices out there.

Easy to use and most reasonable quote

Good price better than my existing insurer. First time using them. Only issue is that the replacement windscreen cover is relatively high compared to other insurers.

Have just used the website and it was very easy and quick to insure my car.

I received a quote and went straight to Go Girl web site and followed the simple steps …very easy to use and I am 77 years old and definitely not a techie!! I was delighted with the quote and have used GoGirl for a few years now. Customer service is always immediate and they are so helpful. The policy etc. can be viewed in the app and any changes to policy can be made on the app. All in all I would think GoGirl is one of the better companies for car insurance and I shall be using them again next year.

Very disappointing and unfair experience with Go Girl Insurance

I had a very disappointing experience with Go Girl Insurance.

My car insurance for me and my son was £63 per month for a small Nissan Micra. After my son passed his driving test, the premium increased dramatically — by around £348 in total, becoming about £411 per month.

Later, when I decided to remove my son from the policy, Go Girl asked me to pay an extra £53 just to remove him, and then my own premium increased again from £63 to about £69per month — for the same small car, which is completely unreasonable.

I had already paid £154 as a deposit at the start of the policy. When I tried to cancel because the price increase was unfair, they refused to refund any of that money.

I feel this is very unfair treatment. The prices changed without proper explanation, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I would not recommend Go Girl to anyone.

I believe customers should share their honest experiences, not change reviews after being contacted.
I will not deal with your company again, even if it costs me more, because respect and honesty are more important than money.

Absolutely disgraceful -
Bought insurance thru Money Supermarket and got insurance via Go Girl … while everything ok on the surface, but not so true as seem they are the only company to charge customers a cancellation fees of £45 even thought the policy have NOT YET STARTED AT ALL … they DO NOT even provide a 14 days cancellation period let alone , Still have full 2 weeks before the policy come into effect… still have to pay £45 cancellation … managed to get down to £25 but still it is truly unbelievable and unacceptable… DO NOT Recommend at all to use GO GIRL daylight robbery to me
