Excellent service can easily get hold of an advisor in the uk that is British with in minutes of phoning, no waiting in a queue. Very competitive prices with young drivers. Good on line portal I have 2 vehicles now insured and one for the second year and hope to stay with the company

Really easy to set up, cheap and reliable, all around great insurer
Shocking charges and terrible service
I took out a policy and within 5 minutes realised I had put the wrong start date. I contacted them straight away. They wanted to increase the premium by 15% to make the change. So I cancelled but was charge £45 for the privlage. Despute FCA saying should be getting a full refund. Will be taking this further. Do not touch these people

Awful insurance company
Awful insurance company, cheap when you have a learner on your insurance but when they go from provisional to full licence the premium is more than double most other insurance companies.
This is clearly their business plan, make it cheap to have a learner and then extortionate as soon as they pass, and probably hope most people will just suck up the cost.
Laughable seeing as they market themselves as insurance for women and new drivers!

Go Girl will ruin your life
Many weeks ago, our SUV broke down on the A26 near Crumlin - N. Ireland. We called AA. He tried his best to sort the problem, but couldn’t fix it. My spouse Craig was on the phone with a Go Girl rep. After explaining everything in detail, the rep to arranged to have the SUV lift to a body shop in Belfast. The following day it was realised by the shop the SUV was sent to them in error as no body work was required. Called back to Go Girl, they then had to look at getting the SUV to another mechanic. This took a few days. Once reviewed it was decided they can’t fix the problem and it would have to to a Vauxhall dealership. Over a week later we are told this past Monday the SUV would be lifted to the dealership in Enniskillen, and an appointment was made for the assessment was scheduled for Tuesday. Vehicle never made it. Spouse emailed Go Girl and was told it got missed and would get it moved asap then contact us that it was booked.
Early afternoon spouse gets a message the SUV is an hour away from the dealership. 15 minutes after that Go Girl lets us know the SUV is still in Belfast. Spouse demands she confirm while he holds. She comes back on the line and says to my spouse, “looks like we made another mistake, the SUV is actually at the dealership. When asked after being informed of my health issues was a loner finally going to be made available to hope make up for all their messes, and she said no. I really don’t know how long it will take e before my health can get back to some normality. 😔

Company Is A Joke
car towed to the proper garage, yet they lost my vehicle during transfer. Nobody knew where my car was. Told by insurance company that it was not delivered due to the garage being closed, which was false, as my vehicle was delivered, yet nobody knew where it was. Due to their incompetence, I have been without a car for over a month, and missed our garage apt, so now we have to wait another three weeks for an open apt. Meanwhile, my spouse, who has Pancreatic Cancer has now missed oncology apts which are two hours away and the insurance just says they'll document it in my complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE THROUGH GO-GIRL. YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM. SKY NEWS and the IMPARTIAL has been contacted and we will be bringing this to the media. Nobody deserves to be treated this way, especially a paying client. We purchase Insurance as a piece of mind, yet GO GIRL has seriously impacted our Mental Health, which is more exasperated due my spouses Cancer Condition. Spend a few extra quid and go with a company that respects their clients.

Unreasonable behaviour
I took out a policy in June with GoGirl, which included a premium to insure my daughter as a learner driver.
My daughter passed her test in September and I contacted GG to advise and find out how much it would cost to have her as a named driver.
They told me £1,250 which I declined and asked that she was removed from the policy.
They said this would cost me £87.50 to remover her or they cancel or policy.
I said removing the biggest liability from the issuance should attract a refund, not an additional cost, especially with 9 months left to run.
Nothing else heard until I received a text saying “your policy is cancelled”.
Nice job GoGirl.
I’m less than impressed. You can’t speak to anyone, bots mainly.
Super poor customer care.
