GoGo fixed a job that the first company failed to complete correctly
GoGo fixed a problem that another company failed to complete correctly. The other company didn't finish the job and then went out of business! GoGo found the problem during a boiler service. If they hadn't found it we could have had a big problem. Not happy with the other company as we needed to find the money to correct the problem on a pension.

Great experience with GoGo boilers
Great experience with GoGo boilers. I've used them for several years to carry out the the annual service on my boiler and gas fire.
Dave is great provided clear information on how to use a new thermostat.

Avoid no understanding or consideration
I have a 1 year old, it’s September and weather is cold. Never had an issue with an annual boiler service before. Engineer said he has to switch off the boiler and hot water because there is no cabinet built around the boiler. I told him to give me 24hours. He refused and also said my boiler is on its last legs and quoted be £3k+ for a new boiler. I went from Friday to Monday without heating and hot water. No understanding no consideration. Called another company to do the service who charged 30% less than gogo boiler for the service and told me gogo boiler service quote for a new boiler is “extreme” and my boiler has at least 3 years to go.

After conducting a thorough investigation, including a review of the engineer's report and pictures, we have determined that the installation does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, Gas Safe regulations, and safety standards. Additionally, the boiler is located in a shower room very close to the shower, which poses a risk of electrocution.
As safety is our top priority, we have taken the responsible step of shutting off the boiler and leaving a warning notice advising against its use.
The boiler quoted for is a high-end model with a 15-year warranty. Other comparable makes and models typically start from £2,350, which includes a larger unit and a tailored cupboard cut to fit.

Installation of a Worcester Bosch 2000 boiler

Amazing job and good value
Steve and the team were amazing start to finish - they were professional, knowledgable and the best priced out of the 5/6 quotes we got. The two engineers who did the installation were so quick and efficient and they did an amazing job removing the old immersion heater and installing a completely new gas pipework and boiler in our home. Would definitely reccomend!

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Originally called them out as our current boiler had developed a fault. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to get it working temporarily. As it was 15 years old we discussed a replacement. After another visit to discuss our options and what we wanted etc we were emailed the quote and options. We were happy with the price and proceeded. Less than a week later and the install took place. I could not fault the install guys who got on with the job without any issues. Very happy with the new boiler and its performance, much better than the one it replaced. Had a slight issue which I contacted gogo about and again a prompt response which sorted that out.
I would definitely recommend this company and others I know have used them too.
Due to a summer offer we even got a 15 year warranty which is pretty good.

Used Gogo earlier this year to replace…
Used Gogo earlier this year to replace all my radiators and recently to install a new boiler.
Both installations are very good and we got a great deal with extended 15 year warranty on the boiler.
Only issue was I had a day confirmed for installation yet they had scheduled for the day after. Not a big issue in the grand scheme of things and would (and have) recommend to others.

I contacted GoGo Boilers after a service with another gas engineer identified some required repairs not covered under my service plan. The gas engineer from GoGo Boilers told me my boiler was unsafe and it had to be decommissioned. New boiler was installed within 1 week. Service from start to finish from Dave T and office staff was very good. Highly recommended.

The engineer was rude and unhelpful
The engineer was rude and unhelpful, didn't want to be here. Was done in less than 20 mins.
As he was finishing the job asked me if wanted filter cleaned, I said my husband was on his way back home if he could wait, instead gave me paperwork and told me he wrote I declined.
I asked what p4 stood for on thermostat, he told me to look it up in the booklet

Regarding the P4 on the thermostat, if there's no documentation available, due to many controls, the engineer would suggest to refer to the instructions advised by the manufacturer. However, if you do have technical issues, always feel free to call our team and we will advise you accordingly.
We take complaints seriously and we'll be getting a full report back to the engineer with your concerns. We will also take this into account and make sure this will not happen again in future.
