Fear mongering engineers
Fear mongering engineers. Service the boiler and instead of checking they spend more time writing offers for a new boiler. Got it checked before and the guy spend 40 min properly inspecting the boiler. You know you are being cheated, when you see an essay rather then do a trough job. Not going to use this services.

We take all complaints seriously and aim to find an amicable resolution through an internal investigation. We looked into your complaint, including speaking with the engineer involved. According to the engineer’s report and the photos provided, we were called to perform a boiler service, even though the heating and hot water were working. During the inspection, it was noted that the 16-year-old Potterton combination boiler showed signs of rust and corrosion, but nothing dangerous. The engineer completed the service and suggested considering a replacement due to the boiler’s age and condition. We emailed you for more details, noted your comments, and understand that a previous engineer had also suggested a replacement. This was simply a consideration from our side, as it’s not our policy to sell boilers when they can be repaired. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@gogoboilers.co.uk.

Great Service
Used GoGo Boilers just before Christmas to replace all the radiators within the house.
The initial visit and quotation was both prompt and fair. All follow up emails and questions were responded to by Steve in a timely and helpful manner, with his expert help/suggestions in assisting our purchases.
To make things easier, he sourced and ordered all the necessary materials and arranged for 3 workers to turn up and get it all done in one day.
The 3 guys that turned up worked tirelessly for 10/11 hours, making sure everything was working correctly and tidy before heading off. A great effort, which helped getting them installed in time for Christmas.
Would highly recommend for any similar works/installations.

Top engineer Richard!
Steve was easy to contact and he got back to me promptly. He contacted me prior to the start of the job - a new builder to confirm details and engineer who was going to attend.
Richard the engineer came at the agreed time was polite and explained the job to me before he started
He updated me throughout the job
He was friendly and very helpful
He cleaned up after installing the boiler and waited to check all was working and no issues before leaving
I would thoroughly recommend go go boilers thank you both Steve and Richard, I now have a warm house and hot water!!!

Engineer unfamiliar with wiring of controls
The engineer removed a wire link on the circuit board believing it to be incorrectly placed and the cause of my one intermittent fault. After that my boiler wouldn’t work at all, even after replacing the link (which he later found out should’ve been there). He refused to write this into the summary report, even though I asked him to. I had to pay for a new circuit board, as he insisted this was the underlying fault. The new circuit board had a link in the same place. He claimed that switching the boiler off then on again had exposed the circuit board fault, but this is unlikely as my road has had two power cuts in the last month, with no consequences.

We apologise for the delayed response. Our office was closed over the Christmas period, however, our phone lines were diverted for emergency and technical calls.
We would like to express our disappointment in receiving a complaint, especially as we are committed to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. Please note that we had not received any prior information regarding this issue, which would have allowed us to address it more promptly and professionally.
We were called as there was s problem with the heating coming on with the hot water demand. The boiler in question is a Vaillant combi, approximately 13-14 years old. After reviewing the engineer’s report and your comments, we have concluded that the boiler had a fault requiring diagnostic repair. The engineer carried out the necessary electrical checks, and replacing the circuit board has resolved the issue.
Please be aware that, depending on the age of the boiler, power supply interruptions can sometimes lead to operational issues upon restart. If you require further technical assistance, please contact Vaillant at 0345 602 2922 or reach out to our technical department at 0203 137 6440 for additional support.

Boiler problem & new installation
Had our old boiler serviced by GoGo. The engineer showed me a problem with leaking combustion gases which had partially melted components of our 12 year old boiler & said he had to condemn the boiler as it was potentially lethal! GoGo gave a quote for a new boiler within hours. Rang around to compare & found cheaper quotes but none who could do the work quickly. GoGo did the installation within two days & were clean & tidy. As I say not the cheapest but certainly all the engineers that I dealt with were excellent. You get what you pay for i guess. There's cheap & there's good in my opinion

Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience. Had a combi boiler to replace very old boiler and tank. Go go boilers responded very quickly. Nothing is too much for them. Paul and Ronnie worked all day on a Saturday to put my new combi boiler in the loft, very nice guys and very clean workers. Steve the owner very nice guy, didn't take a penny off me until after boiler was installed and I was happy, he believes in trust, wow, in this day and age that is so rare. I was totally blown away by the whole experience. I would and am recommending them to everyone and I rarely do that. 10/10 for the whole experience

Had a combi boiler installed after suffering with old fashioned system. Ronnie and Paul did a great job of installation and were very clean and tidy completing job same day. Also had Richard install a TRV on my bathroom radiator which again was straight forward. Love me new hive hub as well.

Great Service
I have used gogo Boilers for the last three years having got fed up with BG and their so called service plan. I have had nothing but great service, easy to book, arrive on time and very clean work. BG were in and out in 10 minutes, Dave T who has done the last three services is really helpful. I have also had a new thermostat and yesterday a replacement part because of a leak. Dave explains and shows you what needs doing and tells you the price so you know exactly what is going on and the cost. He is also a really nice bloke. Gogo boilers are my go to company without a doubt and I hope Dave does my future services.

Very quick service. I book an appointment on the Friday for the following Monday. A new boiler was required and installed on the Tuesday. They registered the warranty for me. Stress free service, would definitely recommend!
