It's very good. The only issue i have is if you pay manually before the allowance is due to your child, you are hit with allowance reminders through email/texts it wasn't paid directly through them.

In this case, the £5.99 charge was an automatic charge.
When you topped up the account last night, the system used the top-up to settle the unpaid subscription fees that had accumulated over the previous three months.

We never want our customers to feel caught off guard. So I attempted to call you today to discuss this further, unfortunately, I was unable to get through to you.

Not overly impressed with…

Not overly impressed with communication, freezing accounts far too quickly without real life considerations such as a cancer diagnosis. Unhelpful to freeze all our children's accounts when they needed access to finances the most!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I was very concerned to read about the stress your family has experienced, and I would like to sincerely apologise for the timing of our request during what is clearly an incredibly difficult period for your family.

To clarify the status of your accounts, there are currently no blocks or restrictions in place. All accounts, including those belonging to your children, are fully active and accessible.

From time to time we are required to request information for the source of the funds entering the accounts to comply with UK Anti-Money laundering and counter terrorist funding laws. I can see that your account was blocked for 4 days back in February 2026 due to us needing to confirm this information. I recognise that this came at the worst possible time. we understand that these processes can feel rigid and impersonal, especially when you are navigating a serious health crisis like a cancer diagnosis. However, our contact centre is open between 8 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week, We would be happy to help with these situations.

I am sorry to have caught you at an inconvenient time when we called yesterday and today. We will attempt to call you again tomorrow to discuss your review further.

It just stopped working

It just stopped working. I messaged the help centre and they said do a bank transfer, while they are experiencing problems. This is too time consuming and potentially unsafe as I can’t quickly give my child money in an emergency

We suggested this only as a secure, "fallback" option to make sure your child wasn't left without any funds while we resolved the issue. It’s not simple enough for me

It’s not quite simple enough for me, but that says more about me than it does about it! My rating is about my pleasure, can’t really assess the app properly - but they did hijack me here and make me fill in this review so I don’t feel too bad!

Very great but it took money off me for no reason

Good but this one time it took money off me with no explanation and it is great though the only weird thing is it didn’t let me get v bucks and it was doing this * to one off the letters in epic Fortnite
