It's very good. The only issue i have is if you pay manually before the allowance is due to your child, you are hit with allowance reminders through email/texts it wasn't paid directly through them.

Nice and easy
Nice and easy, although not ideal for us having to transfer money every week. Would prefer to transfer as/when required. Charged a platform fee if we don’t have a monthly transfer set up. Other than that very easy to use and convenient.

From your review, I’m not entirely sure what you mean by a “deposit,” as GoHenry is a subscription-based service rather than a bank account. This means that monthly membership fees are charged for using the service, and to help us continue providing and developing the features available to our members.
We currently offer three membership plans, each with different features and pricing:
Everyday – £3.99 per child, per month
Plus – £5.99 per child, per month
Max – £9.99 per month for 2–4 children
Unfortunately, I’m unable to locate your account using the information provided in your Trustpilot review, so I can’t confirm exactly which charge you’re referring to.
It’s possible that the “deposit” you mentioned is actually the 50p service charge applied to additional top-ups on the Everyday plan. This plan includes one free top-up per month, and any further top-ups after that are charged at 50p each. If this is the charge you’re referring to, this can be avoided by switching to one of our other membership plans, which include free top-ups as part of the plan benefits.
