There's a Highbrow course to fit everyone! Retired, I have a Masters degree in Psychology. I need to keep both my mind occupied and to do something on a schedule. I wake up each morning to an interesting "lecture", highlight some notes that I find pertinent and, when I've completed the series, there's a fun quiz at the end to see if I've "made the grade." The courses range from Philosophy to Computers to How to make good decisions. It's learning made fun!

I have already benefited in my professional life in few months and I haven't even started to discover different personal development courses yet... There are so many interesting topics to choose from! I also have plans to educate myself in some new fields to find out if they are worth further exploring in other forms of studying.

Many of the courses have been very informative. I especially like those with scientifically proven data in them.
I’m not sold on those which are more opinion than anything, such as teaching about evolution, i.e. man’s beginnings, etc.
I haven’t tried many of the self-help courses because I am older and settled in my career.

For me, as an italian, it is a different approach in facing arguments, so , it is very interesting.. so ...good experience

A great way to learn!

The variety on offer is fantastic, the lessons delivered in consistent easy to digest emails. Overall a great learning tool that has not only widened my knowledge base but introduced me to new topics I never would have considered otherwise.

I signed up for Highbrow for something interesting - not work related - that I could read for 10 minutes during my tea break at work. I’ve felt it’s been really good for me, I’m full of fun facts. Defiantly a better addition to the team at a pub quiz than I was before Highbrow.

I've had a Highbrow subscription for over a year now and I often find myself looking forward to the daily emails. Many of the courses have been so informative and interesting to read. The lessons are short and only take a couple of minutes to read, but many of the courses I've found to b really helpful. There are times when I'm just overwhelmed and not into reading the daily email. During those times, I've just saved them into an email folder and returned to them later. I enrolled for a second year because I still see the value in the service!

I consider Highbrow as my greatest finding on internet this year.
Phenomenal learning tool for very busy people with wide range of subjects available for learning.
Easy-bite lessons delivered daily are dream come true for people devoted to life long learning.
I find it most useful for introduction into subjects that I found interesting, but I am still not sure do I want do dedicate much time into learning them.

The courses are very varied and offer a lot of interesting options. I've done a few now, on literature, art, economics, computer science and a variety of other subjects. All the courses have been interesting, clear, easy to follow. Two minutes per day that I very much enjoy.

There isn't much to add that could describe my experience with highbrow rather than marvellous. I learn something new every day from a variety of interesting topics and contribute to my goal of forming discipline by sticking to the lectures.
Service is easy to use and understand and it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to set up and start learning. Would definitely recommend!

I love learning, and Highbrow helps me learn something new every day. And because the lessons come in short pieces (about a five-minute read), I feel that I can take the time out of my schedule every day to read them. I've been a user for about four months now, and I highly recommend Highbrow!

The content is to the point, easy to read, quick to read, and interesting how it's written. It doesn't repeat the same thing in different ways, becoming redundant and boring, an issue I have with non-fiction reading most of the time. I appreciate the scope of topics. Plus you can save the emails and have them forever to revisit.

I've subscribed to Highbrow since 2017 and it is a delight to read one lession a day on so many various topics. i have learnt tons about topics of C programming to types of tea and every lesson caters exactly to the amount of information you can consume in a day. I've so many things and highly recommend anyone to sign up. Definitely worth your time.

I found the articles excellent for short introductions to the subjects and the book reviews at the ends are a source of further reading which I do intend to take up when I have more than 5 minutes.
I was disappointed with one series as the articles were too short - between 450 and 600 seems to be ideal, but otherwise five stars all round.
not surprisingly the computer one gave loads of very useful links which I intend to pursue.
The pictures were good - and in keeping with the subject. Indeed one article had an excellent sprinkling of very old photos - he must have gone to great trouble to sort them all out and they added to my pleasure.
All in all my experience has been great and with a wide range to choose from I shall be kept entertained for years to come.
