Going Underground have provided an excellent service for us twice in the last six months. Most recently we were let down by another company with whom we had arranged an emergency call out. Having waited all day and been assured work would be completed before guests arrived we were let down with only an hour to spare. A minor stress breakdown followed by a call to Going Underground and they arrived within 15 minutes and had everything sorted in little more than 5 minutes. Will use no one else ever again and recommend everyone use this kind and friendly company. The best!

This is the second time I have used this company and can highly recommend them. After they cleared the blocked drain they spent time checking a another possible problem and gave me further advice. Great workforce.

Customer service was excellent from the initial contact to the final inspection. All the team were knowledgeable , friendly , courteous and tidy . Fully satisfied with the completed work . Highly recommended , 5 star is well deserved.

John came to the house within an hour of me calling Going Underground to ask for advice.

What a fantastic company to have to deal with. We were suffering from low water pressure and informed by Wessex Water that we had a serious mains leak somewhere. I contacted a few companies for a quote and Going Underground were cheapest by far.
From my first contact requesting a survey and quote, to the point they finished the work, the staff who dealt with this, Caitlin, John, Mike and Steve, were responsive, great communicators, VERY hard working and flexible.
The survey was booked in quickly and different options were discussed. Because the leak was likely under the kitchen, the best long term option was agreed.
Once booked in, we became concerned the leak was getting worse and asked if there was any chance of bringing our work forward. They did, and started 4 days earlier than planned.
John and Mike needed to install 40+ meters of new mains pipe and did so in terrible weather and through ground that was unexpectedly full of rubble.
I would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

Aaron@DCL1 and his co-worker were brilliant. It has been a horrible wet day but they properly got stuck in trying to find the leak on behalf of Wessex Water on our driveway. They explained everything to me clearly and went above and beyond to help. They tidied everything up brilliant and helped advise on the next steps. I would definitely recommend them for any water works and we will be getting a quote from them to do more work for us directly. Thanks guys.

Water leak. Excellent service today from Going Underground. Spent beet part of day here sorting out my leak final solution replacing pipe for new one. Reinstated my block paving that had only been down 6 months. Thank you team Going Underground

The standard of workers who visited my property on 2 occasions to find and sort out the water leak were impressive. Their knowledge , consideration, communication, determination and tenacity and skill in replacing the leaking pipe with a new one and a new riser were exemplary. I was impressed beyond expectations and. so PLEASED.

DCL1 team were very professional through their time at my property, worked very hard to locate source of underground water leak. They repaired the leak quickly and efficiently, giving frequent updates to their progress and were very polite and personable throughout.

Engineers DCL1 "Aron" explained what they were going to do, explained what they found taking photos of previous work. Replaced existing pipework and meter, made good the area around the repair. Tested repair and cleaned up, I could not have been more pleased with the visit.

Cracking job complete by Going Underground, excellent communication prior and post the work.

Good standard of work completed on the ground, the initial survey did not marry up to the actual requirements but the team on the ground went above and beyond. They located the T on the driveway and then proceeded to action the quoted elements of the job.

Good standard all round, an additional member of staff attended on the last day to assist with the pipe work and even helped me out with another minor niggle I had outside of the quote work.

Very pleased overall and I would 100% recommend.
