Had a burst water main! Wessex water useless response towards a community hall designated commercial building not interested!
Phoned going underground, surveyor
out with in the hour unfortunately for us was a Friday afternoon and the depth of pipe just wasn’t feasible to do then
Monday morning on site 8.30 dug several deep holes located the issue and repaired
They reinstated the tarmac and relaid several slabs and left the site clean tidy as if nothing had been done
Hats off to the lads brilliant job even in minus temps

We needed a new water supply pipe from the meter to under the kitchen sink. From the first contact, this company (and all of the workers we had here) has been friendly, efficient and tidy.

I am a frontline Paramedic working shift patterns including nights and the workers were very considerate when needing to pop back to finish laying some slabs not to wake me and checking when I would not be sleeping.

The work was done as quoted and everything works perfectly. We are very very happy with the standard of work and would happily recommend Going Underground. Thank you Aaron, Charlie and the whole team for an excellent job.

I’ve used Going Underground a couple of times in the past. Recently had a water leak underground and they renewed the pipe within days of quoting and were professional and did a very good job, now our water bill can get back to normal! Thanks guys

Needed the 70 year old corroded metal pipe feeding water from the meter to the house replacing. From my initial contact with Going Underground through to completion I have been very impressed by this company. The initial survey was carried out promptly by a guy who knew what he was talking about which instilled some confidence from the start. Communication was responsive and polite at all times. Aaron, Sean and the team arrived at the appointed time on the day and did a great job of tunnelling the new pipe under the driveway and flower beds with minimum disruption. All were very approachable, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Going Underground.

Tom and his team replaced our ancient mains pipe from the road to the house, up a neighbour’s front path while replacing theirs too.
They were speedy and efficient and were a friendly and trustworthy crew.

This is an excellent, reliable and user friendly company providing a first class service. From beginning - understanding our requirement and quoting for the work, to end - delivering free flowing water to our stables office site, they did everything on time, and to a very high and satisfactory service level. We would definitely both use them again and recommend Going Underground to our friends.

Aaron and John were very polite and cheerful engineers. The work looks very tidy. They checked they had relevant consent from our neighbours as the repair needed was situated outside our neighbour’s property.

Came when I needed help because another company let me down. They gave me a survey and phoned up the office and when they could do the job and could provide me with a date and time there and then. All were professional and very polite. Would recommend and definitely use again.

From the time the appointment was made to completing the work on site at my mother’s property the staff spoken to were very efficient. Aaron and Charlie who repaired the leak were excellent completing the work quickly and left the site clean and tidy. All debris taken away.

Having had a nightmare with Wessex Water and my Insurance contractors back and forth unable to find the leak it was a pleasure to deal with Aaron and Charlie who knew what they were doing, traced the leak and fixed it very quickly with minimum disruption to myself.
Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for efficient hardworking Contractors.

Unfortunately they were unable to do repair as promptly, which meant we had to manage without water for several days.
The workmen arrived on agreed day and completed the work tidily and efficiently.

Adam and Liam were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.The job card from Wessex Water was not very descriptive of problem but the guys soon realised the situation and rectified the leaking pipe very quickly. They left the area clean and tidy.
