The Going Underground team were professional and informative in every stage of my job, I now have a greatly improved water supply to the house.
The installation team overcame some very stony underground conditions to install my new piping and left the site clean and tidy before departure.

The people on the phone and in person were punctual, polite, explained everything they were doing. They first came to do an emergency repair when I was losing 2,000 litres of water a day approx, fixed that and showed me how fragile the old pipe was. Then they came later and did a proper replacement. No hesitation 5 stars

Aaron T & Andy M come to my property today to sort an ongoing leak I’ve had in my garden for some time now. They come and immediately knew what to do and was so considerate of my house and avoiding getting mud any where. They were extremely polite and explained everything to me. We needed our underground water pipe completely replaced. The lads turned up on time and I have to say, they certainly know how to put a hard days work in. Not sure they stopped for lunch. All done, concrete laid and everything cleaned up.

Aaron T and Andy M were absolutely brilliant, they went above and beyond to fix the water leak and ensure everything was put back and they even cleaned the mess left on the fence by Wessex Water when they tried to fix the leak! Great lads and very thankful they came to do the job.

Had a huge issue with a ridculously high water bill increase and needed it escalated to be resolved.

After investigation, I had been informed by my landlord that there was an issue with the water metre, Aaron T and Andy M from the Going Group resolved the issue and replaced the water metre.

Extremely professional and efficient, and the front of the path infront of house was very nice and tidy after they had finished.

Aaron & Andy of Going underground were tasked by Wessex water to trace & fix a small leak in the service pipe from the water pipe to the house. They identified where the leak was and rectified it. They worked extremely hard, explained exactly the problem and how they would fix it. They were very courteous and professional. I could not recommend them enough.Everything is fine now and they cleaned and cleared up the area.

We had a small but potentially large leak in our drive. Andy and Fraser mended it very promptly . We are so pleased that the leak was fixed within a few hours. Caitlin in the office was very efficient helpful and friendly.

From first point of contact with their reception team through to completion of the works the company has been polite and efficient. The chaps who turned up to carry out the work arrived when expected and completed everything well within the time frame, they also left the site neat and tidy - two paving slabs lifted carefully and replaced intact. Having reported a severe water leak at our bungalow in Woodlands Avenue. BH15 4EG to Wessex Water. The next day the company Going Underground arrived with equipment for any eventuality. The four guys wasted no time in sourcing whereabouts the leakage was; and started to remove tarmac and underground rubble. The four guys were mannerly, friendly and answered any questions I had. As part of my drive had to be opened up, the guys were very considerate as my drive is totally covered in light chippings. The guys removed the chippings over the area they had to expose; laid a ground sheet to place the rubble that was to be dug up. The offending pipe was located and a new section fitted. Water back on and advised to run the water in the house to illiminate any air. After repair my drive was returned to it's original state by the guys. Water meter returned and new tarmac laid, removed any mess outside. So those guys are certainly a good example of Going Underground workmanship. Well done lads!

They worked extremely hard, explained exactly the problem and how they would fix it. They were very courteous and professional. I could not recommend them enough.

The standard of work was excellent and I was kept informed as to the progress.
On completion the work site was left in very clean condition.

Our water leak turned out to be more complicated and awkward than we thought. A solution was found by the workmen from Underground and new piping was installed. The work was carried out efficiently and very neatly.
