Professional repair and communication
Thanks to everyone that was involved in finding and repairing a water leak from the water meter to the stop tap in the house.
Thanks to the two teams that came on different jobs and days
Adam and Liam that fixed the leak under the concrete drive for Wessex water.
Kevin and Ben fixed the leak under the garage floor
All did an excellent job and left the site clean and tidy on both occasions.
Would definitely recommend Going Underground.

We had a leak under the corridor of our cottage which flooded the kitchen and dining room on the Saturday before Christmas, we called going underground on the Wednesday after Christmas as we had no water, the surveyor was down with in the hour and the engineer's turned up the next day and worked all day in appalling conditions to get new supply in, couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you

Engineers Kevin and Ben rerouted the water main into the house (a c.300 year old cottage). The pipe had burst somewhere beneath the house and we were advised that this was the cheapest option. Work was done quickly and professionally. When they left I discovered that (due to the quirky nature of the house) the washing machine now had no water. I contacted them immediately and they had it fixed first thing the next morning.

Great company, work was done very quickly and professionally by the team. The job was shorter then first planned and the reviewed the quote. Highly recommended. Very happy with the service.

What a brilliant team Aaron and Charlie are. They quickly diagnosed the main source of my leak and put in place a remedy of a total pipe replacement. They worked hard all day without a break, and once a new pipe was installed they reinstated all the areas they had dug up and cleaned all the mess away.
The road was brushed, paths cleaned, A first class service which needs to be commended,

So happy with the quality of work, Ben and Kev were fantastic! Very professional, prompt and polite. You would not have known they had been there, they did an excellent job, and left my garden as it was before they started. You should give these boys a raise! ❤️

Everyone at Going Underground did an excellent and professional job. From Andy(the Surveyor) who went over everything that might need to be done to the 4 men (sorry I've forgotten their names) who carried out the work and Mae who liaised with me from the office. The quality of the work done was excellent and all paving was re-laid, hosed down and the site left tidy as if nothing had happened. Highly recommended.

Aaron and Charlie came to our house to move and replace a sub surface water stop cock box. They were extremely good, they got on with the task very quickly and were able to replace the item without any problems. Both were very pleasant and were entirely professional in how they completed the work.

George & Gav turned up bang on time when they said they would. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Clean and tidy considering the amount of digging required to replace water main, and put everything back as best they could. Explained the whole process throughout. Highly recommend these 2 guys. 10/10!

The guys worked incredibly hard in pretty foul weather to replace a leaking water pipe. Even though it was quite late when they had finished they did not leave until everything had been cleaned up.
Brilliant service, several hundred pounds less than the other quote we obtained.
Would definitely recommend.

The two guys from going underground immediately made me feel at ease. I thought the works would be a nightmare but they made it painless. Their work was completed with a confident smile and all I did was supply hot coffee on a regular basis. After two days the work was completed and the site left tidy as if nothing had happened. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Going Underground has done a professional and excellent job investigating the leak from my ancient water pipes, and installing new ones. From Aaron who did the inspection, Kevin, John and Steve who did the work, and Mae in the office, I am very pleased with the communication, and quality of work. My block paving and concrete slabs were lifted and relaid, and you would not know the difference. I have a new stoptap in the garage so I do not need to struggle to reach the tap under the sink. All in all, a great job! Thank you.

Aaron and Charlie visited to locate a leak on the 18.10.23 they had to check several areas and were very positive and cheerful even though the weather wasn’t great, they managed to solve the problem. I would be happy to have them back any time in the future. Thanks lads.

Kevin, Andy and Steve did a great job. They managed to route through garden and a concrete driveway round to the back of our house in one day. They have left it in such a good state that you would barely know they had been there. Great job guys and thank you for all your hard work.

We had a mysterious leak in our water system. Aaron and Charlie spent the afternoon firstly locating it, then fixing and replacing the pipework. Brilliant communication all the way through and fully solved the problem - leaving no mess or bother. Great guys and would have no hesitation using them again.

Kevin & Steve were amazing at locating a long standing leak and resolving the problem. They explained all the way through what they were doing and put in extra shut off taps so that in future we can isolate leaks more easily. Oli was an excellent apprentice and Mae in the office was extremely helpful at all times.

We recently emailed Going Underground for some help regarding a drainage issue.
They were extremely helpful and came and got the issue sorted for us.
All the members of the team couldn’t of been more helpful, especially Mae, coordinating it all.

George and Gavin arrived this morning and repaired a leaking water meter and a leaking pipe. I cannot praise them enough! Kept me informed, polite and helpful, and only tarmac patches to show where the work was done.
