Aaron and Charlie were straight onto the job to find a leak outside my house, they were friendly and kept us informed along the way, they worked hard and kept everything tidy clearing up as the worked. They were determined to find the leak once they did they made sure they had everything back they way it was.

Fantastic company, we had Aaron and Charlie come to help us this morning with a water leak. Very professional, understanding and took the time to explain what they were doing. Left our property looking very tidy after the work they done. We would a 100% recommend them. Thank you for all your help 😊

I was really impressed From the moment I contacted the office and spoke to Mae and Aaron, they went out of their way to help.
The two plumbers I can't remember their names. Came around very quickly and fixed the leaking pipe in the kitchen. They moved kitchen cabinets which I didn't think they would, nothing was to much trouble.
And finally I had the outside mains water pipe replaced by George and Kev again first class service.

Fantastic job done by the guys . Gavin and the team (l'm sorry l've forgotten the other guys names )
were very professional. I was worried about the job of putting a new water pipe under the length of my driveway but they put my mind at rest telling me exactly what they were going to do, then just did it! Would highly recommend this company .

Aaron and Charlie from going-underground arrived to do a water leak repair they were both polite and friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do. They
worked in sweltering heat and repaired the leaky pipe quickly and efficiently, top rate job everything back better than before would recommend these guys to anyone.

Aaron & Charlie visited our property to repair an external leak. Aaron explained what they had done which was greatly appreciated. Both lads were extremely friendly and polite. A1 job from start to finish. It wasn’t a quick fix and the weather was horrendous so fair play.
They got me to test the water system from the house, also asked me if I was happy with the work carried out. Spot on. Great job done A++++++

Had a water leak at our property just up from the meter on my driveway, although had to be confirmed as to the actual location via going underground group excavating to find source. Aaron and Charlie visited to carry out this work and despite the nature of groundwork in the wet they were extremely polite, friendly, efficient and jovial throughout. They found the source of the leak, repaired it with a small section of new pipework, made good the ground and got me to test the system from the house. Upon completion of a tidy repair to re-instate drive concrete and tarmac in the road asked if I was happy. Its not everyday you meet such capable and polite trades so it was worthy of this review as good service should be recognised. Spot on lads

We had to call this company out very last minute as had a leak from outside that came into our spare bedroom and flooded it . The team of George and his labourer Aaron arrived within the hour and repaired the pipe . In my opinion they did an A1 job with professionalism and knowledgable work .. Would recommend them to anyone ,,, Top rate Job completed ,,A++++++

Excellent company-very experienced. Located the leaking pipe in our drive, dug it out, repaired it and filled in neatly. George and Gav were friendly, courteous and tidy. Good job done and highly recommended company working for Wessex Water.

I had a water leak. Wessex Water attended and found that the leak was not outside our boundary so the problem was all mine. 2 young men from 'Going Underground' arrived to search for the leak on behalf of Wessex Water. After about 5 minutes they found the leak about 160 cm from the meter, just inside our boundary wall! They repaired the leak and made good the holes that had been dug. All work was carried out efficiently, and tidily. The young men, Aaron and Charlie, were very polite and professional in their attitude. Excellent service from and many thanks to these men and Going Underground.

Kev and Oli are the perfect combination. Kev was teaching Oli the ropes and he will obviously go far.
They both appreciated from the start the access problems at my property and did everything they could to make the job proceed painlessly.
They worked in difficult conditions all day and returned my garden to a very high standard, along with a bullet proof water supply to my house.

Wouldn't hesitate to use Going groups services again in the future. Thank you all very much!

Just had Kevin and Sean to our house. Mains had been leaking 3750 litres of water every day and was going to cost us a fortune in bills if not sorted. They turned up when they said they would; they were polite and tidy, pumped out loads of water from beneath the house, added a new water mains pipe, a new stopcock, removing the old and cleared up after themselves. Very happy :)
Now to wait for the overall water level to drop and the sun to do it's job. Thanks guys

Problem was a large mains water leak under the house. The solution was to run a new supply round the house, with the T supply coming into the kitchen stop cock under the sink above damp course level, continuing around the house under the lawn, under a planted border into another new mains stop cock in the boiler cupboard. Two inputs. The decision to propose this solution as opposed to digging up the lounge floor was made at the surveying time. When finished, one would never know they had been here. So, thanks to Adam, Andy, Aaron, and especially to hard work, diligence, consideration and attention to detail of the implementation to Shaun and George who did everything possible to make it as painless and tidy as possible. Exceeded expectations, and definitely 5*+. Thanks and gratitude to all concerned.

Aaron and Jon have repaired a water leak in the front garden. Got on with the job in the heat with a positive attitude and without stopping. So impressed. Showed
us where the leak was and the the repaired pipe.

The workmen from going underground have done a fantastic job putting in a new connection from my house to the water main. They went above and beyond to make it straightforward for me, keeping the gate shut so the dogs couldn't get out, doing the work that needed doing indoors at a time when I was there, leaving my garden tidy after the necessary digging. They were courteous, polite and helpful.

Sean and George came to replace 65 metres water supply pipe . It was not a straight forward job , but with with their skills and knowledge they overcome a difficult job.They explained everything . After the work was completed you would not have known they had been.Thanks again Sean and George

Great Ambassadors for their company. They approached the job in a methodical way and kept me informed all through the process. My split water supply pipe turned more into a mining process but it did not put them off. Job left much tidier than I thought it would, even putting grass seed where they had to dig.
