I can’t speak highly enough about this company. A well designed golf trolley and an excellent after sales service. I have had my MK1 GoKart trolley since 2010 and it’s still going strong. Had a service halfway through this period and it came back as good as new. I wouldn’t consider going to any other company than GoKart for any future business.

GoKart are a fabulous company to deal with, I really cannot fault them, so friendly & helpful.
My Mark 1 trolley stopped working, they had it back pronto and it has come back looking like new. Not only do they get it working, they replace any parts that need replacing and clean & polish it.
GoKart are the best.

Had a Hillbilly for 12 years and paid a lot for it back then. Decided to take a punt on a sub £300 trolley and that was a huge mistake I urge you not to make!
Having dispatched it back I looked at several golf magazine reviews and was impressed that GoKart was considered the “best of the rest” by a few
Ordered the 18 hole with a lithium battery for £400.
Arrived within a week and straight out the box was charged sufficiently for me to top it up and get straight out on the course.
What a difference.
It takes seconds to put it together, the battery is a dream, the pulling power is every bit as good as my old Hillbilly, the build quality is excellent and I don’t know why this trolley isn’t getting even better reviews.
I can’t fault it.

Proud owner of a mk1 go-kart automatic from 2012 (refurbished from when they sold them) and I've just put it in for it first full service (2020). Go-kart has been amazing from the get-go. The only items I've had to buy since 2012 have been a replacement bearing and 2 batteries.
I don't know how they stay in business making such durable/repairable products.

I've purchased a GoKart trolley, winter wheels and umbrella separately and every time the support from GoKart has been superb. The kart itself is so easy to use, reliable and robust. I've had to contact them for help on attaching the winter wheels and umbrella holder as I don't follow written instructions that well. And every time I've contacted them they've called me back and been so helpful. Simply put their customer service is exemplary.

Swapped over to this kind of trolley about 12 months ago. Got the Mk2 basic model. Absolutely fantastic, easy to operate, put up and down, Store, fit in car, clean. After sales is 2nd to non, battery played up and I had a new one the next day. I can also vouch for the fact that if it getS hit full on by a golf buggy going at a fare pace it does not smash to pieces. It happened to me and if it wasn’t for the sturdiness and quality build of the trolley I would probably have at least 2 broken legs and worse, as it is I came away with a couple of cuts and bruises and broken trolley wheels, which golf cart had In the post to me and with me in 24hrs. What more can you ask for.... I won’t be using them for a while till I heal up a bit but the speed of delivery is very much appreciate. Don’t hesitate to buy this type of trolley it really is the business. Thank you Go Kart 😊🏌️‍♀️

Faultless,easy and quick to assemble/disassemble, sturdy, stable, easily completes an 18 hole round with plenty to spare. Paired with Gokart golf bag, best value and superb design. Accommodates everything.

I’ve had a GoKart trolley for a number of years and I have to say that this company has the best customer service of any I’ve ever dealt with. They have replaced parts free of charge on occasion, which I’ve not known of anywhere else. They are amazingly responsive. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I tell everyone who’ll listen how great they are.

I bought a Mk 1 golf cart and it's been fantastic. This is used 4 or 5 times a week and is now 18 months old. I had an issue with the wheel hubs, which was immediately addressed by friendly, professional and knowledgable staff at the end of a phone line, the parts being sent free of charge. I would definitely recommend GoKart. Fantastic service.

I purchased a Go Kart trolly some years ago and it has provided excellent service. A month ago the electrical connections on the trolley and on the battery became damaged. On ringing Go Kart they posted replacement pieces first class on the same day, costing less than £10 in total! I am very impressed with the customer service and would wholeheartedly recommend both company and product.

Had my trolley for approx 7 years with no problems.
Stopped working for no obvious reason so contacted Go Kart, picked up, fully serviced & refurbished (as needed) then returned all within a week and is almost as new. Bonus is a new 2 year warranty.
All this for a VERY reasonable charge.
Can't fault the excellent service which is so difficult to find and we don't applaud enough when we do encounter it.
We are very quick to criticise but this is a breath of fresh air.

I recently purchased new replacement wheel hubs for a Mark 1 GoKart electric trolley and was very impressed with the high level of customer service and how the price was very reasonable and included carriage.

GoKart golf trolleys are outstanding products. (My #1 choice). But more than that; this is the friendliest and most helpful company I've _ever_ come across. Tech assistance, intelligent advice and ultra-fast delivery. 100% recommended.
