The website always works smoothly, in good and bad times. The variety of products is great. The feedback to messages is slow, this should be improved. Specially when G.A. asks questions which could make the client worry.
The fees are increasing, in Gold (I have paid from 1.16 and up to 3%), specially in Silver (I have paid for 100Oz from 2.3 to 8 and now 14%), are ridiculous; G.A calls the shots..
Overall, I am very happy with the service and can only recommend G.A.

Extremely frustrated with Gold Avenue. My account shows as fully verified, yet every time I try to place an order, the system tells me I need to verify my account first. I have reached out via live chat multiple times during business hours and have received absolutely no response. It’s impossible to give them my business when the platform is glitched and the customer service is non-existent.

Very disappointing experience.
Despite already completing my payment (with proof), I received a threatening email stating that my account could be blocked. This is completely unacceptable, especially when delays can occur on the bank’s side.
What makes it worse is the double standard — my last delivery took nearly 3 weeks, with no explanation or compensation from their side.
Poor communication, unfair treatment, and lack of accountability. Definitely not a service I can trust.

Since Monday (23 March 2026), during the process of executing a gift transfer, six gold bars (each weighing 100g) have gone missing. These gold bars are no longer visible in my wallet, nor have they been received by the intended recipient.
For the past three days, Goldavenue support representatives have only stated that they are experiencing technical issues, without providing any clear explanation as to the whereabouts of the missing gold.
How is this possible for a company that positions itself as one of the safest places to store precious metals?
This incident, along with the prolonged inability to recover the missing gold, has significantly undermined my trust.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?

I already said few months ago that GOLD AVENUE is great to access to precious metal in a fairly easy way,
just sometimes the delivery timing is unclear and it would be nice to get a notification 2-3 weeks after the order about the status of the orders

Easy sell and buy.
But one suggestion. If my cash balance is not enough, the checkout/transaction can not be completed. I’d suggest improving that by giving both options at the same time (paying from my balance and supplement with an immediate transfer)
