The website always works smoothly

The website always works smoothly, in good and bad times. The variety of products is great. The feedback to messages is slow, this should be improved. Specially when G.A. asks questions which could make the client worry.
The fees are increasing, in Gold (I have paid from 1.16 and up to 3%), specially in Silver (I have paid for 100Oz from 2.3 to 8 and now 14%), are ridiculous; G.A calls the shots..
Overall, I am very happy with the service and can only recommend G.A.

Stuck in a verification loop with zero support

Extremely frustrated with Gold Avenue. My account shows as fully verified, yet every time I try to place an order, the system tells me I need to verify my account first. I have reached out via live chat multiple times during business hours and have received absolutely no response. It’s impossible to give them my business when the platform is glitched and the customer service is non-existent.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

Despite already completing my payment (with proof), I received a threatening email stating that my account could be blocked. This is completely unacceptable, especially when delays can occur on the bank’s side.

What makes it worse is the double standard — my last delivery took nearly 3 weeks, with no explanation or compensation from their side.

Poor communication, unfair treatment, and lack of accountability. Definitely not a service I can trust.

Missing 6 gold items at Goldavenue

Since Monday (23 March 2026), during the process of executing a gift transfer, six gold bars (each weighing 100g) have gone missing. These gold bars are no longer visible in my wallet, nor have they been received by the intended recipient.
For the past three days, Goldavenue support representatives have only stated that they are experiencing technical issues, without providing any clear explanation as to the whereabouts of the missing gold.
How is this possible for a company that positions itself as one of the safest places to store precious metals?
This incident, along with the prolonged inability to recover the missing gold, has significantly undermined my trust.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?

Please note that in order for a user to accept gifted products, it is important that the email address of the recipient is entered correctly and matches their Gold Avenue profile.
It is only possible to transfer products from one user profile to another if the beneficiary is already a Gold Avenue customer.

If the recipient is unable to accept the gift (because they have not created a Gold Avenue account after the gift was sent, or because the email address entered is different), the products will automatically be returned to the sender’s profile after a maximum of 30 days.

The operation can be cancelled immediately by contacting us via chat and providing the email address of the profile from which the gift was sent. This will allow you to repeat the process correctly.

So disappointing that product I bought to my vault was more than 50% reduced when it comes to the vault. Left with angry and sad 😡🥺.

Premium costs, which are charged by all precious metals retailers, are also explained as covering our production and operational costs as well as our margin.
In your balance you will always find the current SPOT price (metal price, that according to the market fluctuates constantly.

Unfortunatelly, Market price cannot be controlled this is why it is usually a long term investment.

I already said few months ago that GOLD…

I already said few months ago that GOLD AVENUE is great to access to precious metal in a fairly easy way,
just sometimes the delivery timing is unclear and it would be nice to get a notification 2-3 weeks after the order about the status of the orders

But one suggestion. If my cash balance is not enough, the checkout/transaction can not be completed. I’d suggest improving that by giving both options at the same time (paying from my balance and supplement with an immediate transfer)

We would like to clarify that when you validate your cart using the standard bank transfer payment method, the price is automatically secured for you. You can then simply make a bank transfer for the remaining amount, based on what is already available in your internal balance.

This effectively already allows you to combine your existing balance with an additional bank transfer.

I have ordered from this company, they claim to not have my order despite proving that the money has been taken from my account using my debit card. They claim to not know anything about it despite emails. Keep telling me to contact my bank, i have but the money has been taken when i ordered from them from the debit card used. DO NOT ORDER,

We strongly suggest you contact your bank. If a payment error occurred during your process and does not reach GOLD AVENUE, funds are automatically returned within a few days.

Please share your contact details and we will review it again. However, if payment was not done, GOLD AVENUE cannot see it. Your bank might have block the funds but never deliver to us. If order was not placed and it is visible in your account, the payment was not delivered to us.
