Ordering is difficult
Ordering from this site, for me, proved to be impossible. Tried for three different items at three different times and the system didn't want to know any of them. I couldn't get past the billing/shipping address details page. Have given up trying

Second order placed for Clearomisers. Said 3-5 working days for delivery. I'm beyond that now but still my order has yet to reach me. I was desperate for these too, so left feeling extremely frustrated. I emailed them a few days ago and have had no reply. Calling tomorrow to chase.
